Maddie has a little life of her own doesn't she?! I'm sorry that things have not worked out so she could stay with you as you all would have wanted. But isn't it wonderful that your neighbors have opened their hearts and home to her. I know you are glad about that. But your poor hearts are having such a time understanding and letting her go. It's a natural grief though and you already know that. I'm sad for you but who knows what the future will bring for your family and Maddie. Perhaps she is a healer dog after all.:) God makes them in all shapes and sizes doesn't he. ;) |
Oh Denise, my heart breaks for you! :( Im sure poor Lexi is devastated and feels so responsible for your depression! :( This just does not seem fair! I hope and pray that these shots help her with her allergies and maddie can come home soon to her family. Until then your neighbors sound like wonderful people who love and take good care of maddie! You are lucky to have Maddie who needed and your neighbors who needed. They help each other right now. (((HUGS))) to you! I almost physically feel your pain. I could not imagine what Id do.
