*HUGS* Ouch, I hope you feel better soon! You are in our prayers. :rose: |
My mom just had it done... She's a very healthy 70, and they did it as an out patient then sent her right home. She did it early on a Friday morning and was home by noon. I guess it's better than staying in a hospital where some germs might creep in. She felt some soreness in 'the center cut' but not enough for her to take the meds they sent her home with. (I SO can't believe that I'm her daughter. I'd want to sleep for a couple of days and wake up when the 'soreness' was gone!!) She's had to take it easy the last couple of weeks, but it didn't slow her down much after that first weekend... So take deep cleansing breaths, know you're in our prayers, and in the words of Larry the Cable Guy "Get 'er done!" (I just LOVE that guy! Have everyone at work saying that!) |
Oh dear, I will certainly be praying for you. Hope they can do the surgery soon. I've heard gall stones can be extremely painful. Keep us posted on how you are! |
i cn completely sympathize with you...at 17 I had gall stones...when they did surgery they took my whole gall bladder out becasue as the doc said I had a gall bladder of a 75 year old obese person...I was 17 and barely 105lbs...they couldn't and still can't figure out what happened?..BUT it did get me out og gym for a whole semester...lol |
I will keep you in my prayers.. dont worry all will be well.. My cousin and girlfriend had the surguery they are fine. The pain before was unbearable and they thought they were having a heart attack. They recovered real well.... Gina :)) |
