Ok can someone answer me how Alfred Hitchcock can not have a belly button, don't all people have belly buttons isnt it impossible not to have one?

I heard people say bless you, because back in the day, people thought when you sneeze you are susceptible to evil spirits entering your body. By saying bless you, it wards off evil spirits...As I write this, I suddenly feel like an idiot for believing it...haha

I wonder if an operation took it away???
