well the Dr. said he was happy with what I had done... When he started coughing and wheezing last night I started giving him treatments every 2 hours through the night. When we got to the Dr. this morning he said that his lungs were sounding good and it was probably do to the fact that I started aggressively treating him myself. I will need to continue the treatments every 2 hours for 3 days, then go to every 4 hours for 2 days, then if he can make it every 6 hours on that 6th day I can start to decrease it. All his other Dr. have always told me that if he is not better in 3 days to bring him in and then we will start treatments. I have dealt with incompetent Dr. long enough... If I have my way he will NEVER end up in an ER again:D I learned while in the hospital last time how aggressive I could be before I needed Dr. intervention... So I WILL do everything I can. Oh and Lori brought to my attention that he has been home for a month, not 2 weeks:eek: WOW do I lose track of time:eek: |
Poor baby. You both must be exhausted. I will keep him in my prayers. |
Hope it's nothing serious! |
It sounds like you have found a doctor who will work with you to care for him. That is exactly what you need. No one else is able to read his symptoms and needs like you are. You know what he needs and with the guidance you have now gotten, you will be able to prevent something from becoming a crisis situation. Keep up the good work, stay strong, he's in good hands! |
