OMG- 4 yr old KILLS brother???????????? |
Very sad :( |
Oh how sad! It makes me so angry..... and I guarantee that the mother will blame the wrestling TV program. I wonder where SHE was while he was watching that trash and WHY she didn't change the channel, turn the TV off or take the children into another room and spend some time with them. I am appalled that the mother would even start to blame a television show for a 4 year old's behavior. The mother should take full responsibility for her 4 year old's behavior. I know that might sound harsh, but I have raised three, been there, done that. My hubby liked to watch wrestling, and I was absolutely disgusted with it - so he watched wrestling in the other room and our three children were forbidden to go into that room as long as the wrestling was on. |
Oh that is just awful!:( |
Please accept my sincerest apology for my impassioned response above. I am heart broken that yet another little one has lost his life. How heartbreaking. |
That is so sad, what that poor mother and family are going through right now it just breaks my heart :( |

Maybe I misunderstood, but why oh why would ANYONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND, leave a 2 year old and 4 year old alone, while she showers?????? She couldn't wait to take a shower till someone was home to supervise???? She should be going to jail for neglect. |
yes, i do not think a 4 yr old and a toddler should be left unsupervised! But also- it is SELECTING WHAT YOUR CHILDREN WATCH ON TV. still if they had been being watch, this would not have happened. and i think they are still investigating- who knows!! Just a little boy died before he had a chance to live- just to sad! |
this is just heartbreaking! |
I honestly do not think that anyone should be putting the blame on the mother because Im almost sure she is blaming herself already. kids play fight and that happens whether they see wrestling or not. Instead of wasting energy on negativity we should all say a prayer for that mom and her family. They just lost their baby. |
very sad .just heart breaking.prayers for the family. |
Oh my goodness....this is horrible!!!! My prayers are with the family!!! |

the parents are totally responsible nobody in their right mind would leave a 2 yr and 4 yr old unattended! i know things happen but they are kids they don't know any better! no excuses are good enough for neglegence! |
RIP Little One......So Sad! Prayers going out for the family. If this is true, a 4 yr old cannot be responsible at his age. He did not know the ramifications of what he was doing. But - with that said, none of us know what really happened here. Speculation at this point. Anything could have happened? If this is not the truth, I pray that the truth will come out. Personally, @this point, I have doubts, the Mother is too quick to put blame somewhere else & why?? I pray that it's not for monetary reasons. If this had happened to my baby, I would be blaming "ME". |

I'm sorry for the family that this happened. I'm not jumping on the mother. Something I would like to point out though is that she said she is sure that exposure to the wrestling show was the reason (or) something to that effect. Wrestling is for entertainment done by trained professionals and NO CHILDREN should be watching it, especially not a 4 yr. old. Not only is it violent but it's racy. You have barely dressed woman strutting around, guys crushing beer cans etc. This is not for any child to watch. That's just my opinion. I have a 12 and 14 year old and they are not allowed to watch wrestling. I'm sure others have their own guidelines for what their children watch. A parent can't blame something on a show when they allowed the child to view the show. It's like parents coming on baseball forums and screaming about seeing young kid over pitch with no pitch count in tournaments and they blame the coach. Well, yes the coach should be watching out for his pitcher and not over pitching him, but ultimately it's the parent who is to blame for allowing the coach to over use the kid. It's ultimately the parents responsibility to protect and insure. Elaine |
This is so sad. I agree that kids shouldn't be watching this kind of show. I believe that the mother is trying to warn other mothers not to let their children watch shows like this on TV and that is probably a good thing. |
