Hi! Someone posted a while back about the program site they used to create avatars, but I haven't been able to find it? Anyone know of a site that's easy to use? Thx!

Here is another one. It's called photoscape the animated part is called anigif . you just edit your photos and add to top window then edit the rate and such on the right hand side of the screen

I just tried this one, and even though I have one I bought, it came with Paint Shop Pro, this one is so simple to use, and you can make a gif in less than a minute. I think I'll be recommending this from now on, I've never heard any feedback about the other program, I just know several people have recommended it. So if you don't like the other one try this one, it's free too.

I have problems with Gimp. I figured out photoshop elements, but can't figure out gimp. I love the photoscape, you can add frames, resize almost everything that photoshop does, almost.

Oops. I thought the first program she mentioned was gimp. gimp is another photo editing program, it is free as well. here is the link http://www.download.com/GIMP/3000-2192_4-10073935.html
