"The Secret" is the title name of a book. I think it may have been an oprah thing or a starbuck feature. Once you read the book you are supposed to know "the secret".

That is if I've understood this thread correctly.

if the secret is the one in the book, then i know it too :) and yes it is worth reading, it's a pretty short book, but a great one

I just got the book a few weeks ago and have really tried hard to stay positive.

I will continue to use the secret and I know it will pay off!

There is a movie out there by the same author In case you don't want to go through the trouble of reading it.. it seems pretty common sense... Their whole philosophy is if you think positively GOOD THINGS WILL COME....

You know I'd like to think I'm a pretty positive thinker for the most part but I always seem to get hosed it seems. As in if it wasn't for bad luck I wouldn't have any luck at all. :)

don't think like that, that is what the book contends... that as soon as you put your mind to something it will come... of course with the necessary effort, if you don't play the lotto, you'll never win sort of thing...it's a great book and it teaches you a great state of mind to be it i give it :thumbup: :thumbup:

when I 1st posted this, I actually was referring to the book called "The Secret"

I was kinda waiting to see who would catch on and some did. It was not really a secret that I went and seen Carrie Underwood, but adventually I was going to say the secret was the book lol
