Are You This Kind Of Neighbor??? I am!!! The other day, I heard yelling outside. At first, I just kept on ironing and watching TV. Then it got louder. I then realized it was an argument! So, I muted the TV, ran to the window, and put my ear up as close as I could to hear what was being said. Well, it was a screaming phone 'conversation' with her husband. Needless to say, he was in hot water!... and this nosey neighbor knew it! LOL. Am I the only one this nosey??? LOL. |
Nope! You should try baby moniters they pick up phone reception and then you can hear both sides of the story. |

LMAO!! :sidesplt: Guilty. |
I am the same way! I just can't help myself  |
haha..I've heard some fights outside in the parking lot where I live a few times. I usually listen. One time it really got on my nerves though. It was 3:00am and this girl and her boyfriend were on the sidewalk right below my bedroom window. I think she was drunk and was mad at her boyfriend and yelling at him. Ugh..I just wanted to tell them to go inside and shut up! |

Our ewe's shelter is in the field between us and the neighbor below and then the other neighbor has their horse corral and three horses. We hear their horses sometimes kicking the barn during the night. The neighbor down the road has two donkeys that love to hee haw at day break, I loveeeeeeeeee to hear them, the people about us are rather quiet and so country living is pleasant. I truely dread when we do move as it will be living in the city :( :( So thankful we have gotten to enjoy the many years in being blessed with the pleasant life of watching the children grow up about us riding their horses and having livestock to enter in 4-H for their fair projects. My neighbors on the one side of me are pure rednecks. With their 10 cats (if not more) that run the neighborhood and use my yard as their toilet. I HATE IT |

  We live in the country with a couple of horses, a few goats, our dogs, a cat, bird, tortoise and quiet neighbors. I love it this way, and I must say that I would be irate if a neighbor was listening in on my phone conversations with a baby monitor. Isnt that breaking the law? |
my neighbor across the street calls me all the time to fill me in on what's going on beside me or up or down the street. I still can't figure out how in the world she knows sooo much!!! |

I did warn my neighbor though... but not cause I was some perfect person, but because she had a baby only two weeks older than mine.. and I KNEW she had monitors too! And what if hers came in clear??? I had to do some dective work! LOL Turns out hers were fuzzy too... Or were they?? I always wondered... needless to say, I never had anything but wonderful things to say about her! :D |
We all pretty much stay to ourselves. You don't hear arguing much around here...but that's okay...I've got enough of my own crap without worrying about what's going on around me. However, during the summer months, our back neighbor (the one with the muted poodle) likes to sit on her patio...drunk, I'm assuming...and boy, she sure does cuss like a sailor. She's a retired nurse. |

We have a quiet neighborhood, not much goes on which it perfect for us but when my son was a baby we had these really horrible older neighbors who drank and fought all the time. One late afternoon I went to check on my son, he was just a few months old, and they were outside on their deck smoking pot & drinking. (There was a fence between our houses) I had my son's window open because it was warm that day and his room was filled with their smoke. I was furious! I slammed his window shut and took him into another room to finish his nap. My husband went over to tell them to please be more considerate in the future and smoke pot in their house....yeah that went over well. I was so happy when we sold that house and moved! |
