We Are Having a Blizzard!!! Man Oh Man, all the snow was melted and even some of my daffodils were starting to peek through. Then, BAM!!!! Today we are having a blizzard. We already have about 8 inches on the ground and expect another 6 by late this afternoon. So I told myself to quit whinning, it could be worse. My thoughts turn to all who are suffering through the massive flooding in Missouri. So I won't complain as I head on out to start the shoveling! |
Where do you live. They are calling for snow here tomorrow. But I don't think it is supposed to be alot, if any. And yes, my heart goes out to the Missouri flood victims, also. |
Oh boy! I have family in MN and they were getting the same weather as you in WI! I hope you don't get too much snow! Hang in there and stay warm! |

All central Indiana is suppose to get is a wintry mix, but just a couple hours north, Chicago is expected to get 6-10 inches according to the weather channel. Feel bad for everyone having crappy weather.....I'm really gonna try not to complain about the heat this summer...lol |

It is very cold here today and windy too, but at least we are not getting snow... thank goodness. Just hang in there and hopefully it will warm up before we all know it. Happy Easter! |
You poor people. The dogwood, Bradford pear, redbud, and cherry blossom trees are flowering here! I'm planting a vegetable garden this weekend!! (hopefully) |
We just got an Easter card from my husbands aunt from WI. and she said they are starting to have spring. Poor gal, now she's back to winter. His sister lives in MN. and did at least get a little break when they all came out to Vegas to meet up with us. We are having beautiful sunny weather (not to rub it in ;) ) but I could do without the March wind!! My son just got into Spain a couple days ago and said it is incredibly beautiful. I just "knew" it. We plan on visiting him in the next two or three months. :D |

It is 41 degrees here, but very windy. If I took the dog for a walk, he would blow away.:eek: We are very fortunate though. No snow or rain today. Hopefully, it will get better this weekend. |

I live in Iowa but am on vacation in Carlsbad, CA, a wonderful town, sunny, warm and what a relief not to have a coat on outside. I had to board the furbabies for the first time, I have called and checked on them every day. They are playing now and having a great time. I miss them so much, but I'll be back home with them on Tuesday. Maybe some of the bad weather will be over by then. |

13" of Snowy Slush...grrrrrrrr! Springtime in Wisconsin...I live in the southeastern part, right on Lake Michigan. So far we have 13 inches and its STILL snowing. It's that really wet stuff that is heavier than ever. Fired up the snowblower and out the garage I went. 3 1/2 hours later I was back in the house. So much snow, I felt sorry for the neighbors so I blowed them all out. Hubby plows snow so I am left to care for the property. The last thing he wants to do when he gets home is snowblow our sidewalks. He was called out at 9am and I bet he doesn't get home until tomorrow sometime. On the bright side I spotted my first robins in our yard while I was out in the snow. |

We had nice weather today. A bit chilly(60ish) when the day began, but by afternoon it was pretty warm. I love GA. I'm going to Idaho in a week and I'm scared its going to be snowing or cold. I have NO winter jacket and can't even buy one around here since all the summer stuff is already out. |
