We usually do a cookout, but my sister is working this year so mom and I (and maybe my nieces) are going to Savannah to eat at Olive Garden.

We were going to go out, but I'm not going anymore because one my brothers has decided to become the biggest A-hole on the planet.

I was going to cook a ham dinner...but now I'm not going to as they are tearing apart my kitchen this weekend. I'm finally getting the kitchen remodeled after almost 20 years, :D so I guess we'll go out instead.

I'm going to make a small turkey with stuffing and all the regular sides. I love any chance to bake a turkey :)

I am having a honey baked ham, green been casserole, rolls, green bean, potato, Hawaiian, and taffy apple salads. Baed beans and chocolate cake. I am having my whole family over, (and I never cook usually). It will be the first Easter with my birth son (he's 36) so I made him and my dtr (22) Easter baskets. lol

I guess we are going non-traditional. We are having a California BBQ at my brothers house by the pool. BBQ Chicken, Tri-tip, Pasta Salad, Rolls, Fruit and Cupcakes! Yum!!

Had never heard of Tri-tip until a bunch of Cali college students started hanging out at our house. Ordered some from the grocery store for them and they had great fun barbecuing.

my grandma is making russian pierogies filled with potato and panchetta, yummy :)
I think we will also have baked chicken and tossed salad.
For dessert, my mom is making a strawberry cream roll

I what I am fixing:

Ham'
Hash brown cass.
broccili?? Somehow??
Corn
Deviled Eggs, of course!!!!
Hot rolls- those are frozen!!!:p

peach or apple pie( fruit from our trees, that I froze)

and today, I am fixing my Mother's famous -Homemade Noodles- let them dry over night- freeze- them cook them Sun. AM!! Yummy! Yummy!!
Salad / or jello

Might fix sweet potatoe cassarole, too-- not sure!!
It is only going to be 3-5 of us!

Do I need anything else???:confused:

Oh, and maybe some homemade doggie treats!!!:D
My brother has 2 new little Jac-a bee's!!
Spaz & Sweety Edie!!they are so tiny- i just saw then Tue for the first time!!
I am going to make all the dogs Easter Bandana's!

We are going to my parents for easter, my dad is a chef, and he loves to cook for everyone!! He is making a ham, (his famous) potato salad, a walnut salad, and I think a few other things.

yummmmmm! Now I am getting so hungry!!!

I got a good deal on a Spiral ham at Vons, so I'll heat that up and make probably some WW friendly macaroni salad and baked beans.
