"I can Make you Thin" **update thread** Hi everyone, as hha suggested we should record our progress and such, so i'm starting this thread so that we can do that and also encourage each other and share how we are doing on the mckenna program... please refer to the following thread on more info on the rules and such: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=121929 so i'll start: My current weight is 130lbs, and i am 5'0" my goal is to lose 10lbs good luck everyone! |

I'm 5ft 0 and 137 which is the most i've weighed in many years. My ultimate goal is to lose 27 lbs. |

good luck everyone... how's everyone doing today btw? today i've found that i am not really hungry at all... i had a bagel and coffee for breakfast, but found i couldnt finish either of those for lunch i met my bf at Arby's (which i hate btw, but we needed something quick bc we were on lunch breaks) and only ate half the sandwich and fries... but, i'm actually pretty full, not bloated or anything, but satisfied nontheless... i have been very much conscious of what i'm eating and what my body is saying... so yay... lol hope everyone's experience has been pleasant so far... |
Yesterday I essentially ended up eating half or three quarters of my normal stuff. So it looks good so far. I would love to lose some weight before my friend's wedding on the 2nd of May. Come on we can do it. |
yup, we can do it!!! i would recommend reading "the secret" it helped me out a lot, i was at 142lbs about 3-5 months ago, and lost the 12lbs without really doing any conscious effort...it's worth a try, it teaches a great state of mind to be in ...IMO |

LOL I will give you my start in weight once I hit my goal weight, but, I do want to lose 58 1/2 lbs. I'm going to weigh on Mondays..I did really well yesterday, and all I've had to eat today is an apple and one of those frozen pretzels, but, he said to eat if you're hungry, and I've not really been too hungry yet.. |

Weighed in sat at the endocronologist...I was 144. So I dropped a whole pound...lol. Been working out so I have to see how it goes as muscle weight is more than fatty weight. But I am trying guys. How is everyone doing with it? |
