Bummed about ST. Patty's/Easter!!
 
I am so bummed!! I was so looking forward about St. Patty's day! Not that I do that much- but do like to get out a little for it!! Had Banjo little ST. paddy's bandana! Well, I really need to keep him quite! so stayed home!
Also was going to my sister's in STl for Easter- well, Banjo would get all excited to see Rusty- so this is not a good idea now!!!:(
Banjo and I both have had cabin fever this winter!!LOL
Looks like the cure is still weeks away!!:(
We are just kind of sad about not really being able to have any Easter plans this year!!! I have always spent Easter with my Family!!! The last few years it has just been my sister and myself! This year it will be me and Banjo!!!
Think I will just get us a steak to share- he can have a little!!!!;)
Next year, we will have a normal Easter!!!:)

I am not quite sure where you or your sister lives, but is there any possibility she can come to you?

Distance is not the problem!! My Banjo had a leg operation last Tue for a chipped bone! I am to keep him quite for 3 wks!She has a 1yr. old Red poodle! Our pups like to play hard together! Banjo would not remain quite even in his crate!
I did make it very clear. sorry!

She is a decon in her church, and has to be there!!she will not come here! I live in at my roommates place!!

I am sorry, I understand Milo had hip surgery about a year and a half ago, and my sister and I had the same situation regarding her dog and mine.

Yea, you do know what I am going through now!!!
It sure changes life for a bit does it not???
It will be worth it in the end, to have Banjo all healed up!
A little over a wk down!! About 2 more to go!!

Sorry you have to spend Easter without your sister. Hope Banjo is healing well.

awww the sacrifices we make for our pups huh? You are a good mom! Sounds like Banjo deserves a little bit of steak on easter! :) Maybe you should make yourself a traditional meal though so it feels more like easter for you! I love to stay home and watch the parade! :)

Well, I think we are going to fix a ham!! So we are going to have a small Easter Dinner!! My BF, my roomy, ad maybe my brother and his girlfriend- Maybe!! so I am going to go get a few groceries today!!
Now I hope the Easter Bunny brings Banjo a EasterBasket w/ some Easter Eggs, a bunny, a duck and a chicky!!:D

Cute! and actually that sounds like so much fun! :) both my brothers lives far from me and so does my mom and my father and I do not speak anymore :( so I hear ya about being alone on easter. I am actually going to my grandmothers house, she is cooking a ham, cuz god forbid anyone else in my family do it! (I would offer but my house is too small to fit the fam and noone wants to come up to my house bc its 20 mins away - to them its too far!) Most of my family has so many 'issues' and 'problems' that I dont see or talk to them much at all! Its sad really!
