I just got back from my first political rally! (OK- so I thought about if I should post this or not- since politics bring out the worse in some people. Hopefully everyone will be civil. :D) Anyway- I just went to a political rally for Hillary Clinton. It was held at my college (in Philly) which was very cool. I couldn't believe how many people where Some of the things that happened were very surreal. Overall, it was a lot of fun! Just thought I would share, especially for Hillary supporters and/or PA people. |

I've never been to a political rally. Bet it was fun. My hubby used to be a SS agent so he has been to more than he ever wanted to go to:eek: |

And the funniest part: You know how people make signs using markers and paint that say things like "PA loves Hillary!," "Yes, she can!," etc.? Well they HANDED THOSE SIGNS OUT! I couldn't get over it! |

Thanks, Kyle for telling us about that. How exciting for you. :) I heard that she was going to be @ Temple. My son's friend and grandmother went today to see Hillary in Harrisburg. She called me and told me all about it and that Hillary signed her "Hillary" sign. She thought Hillary looked more petite and slimmer in person than she does on TV. I'm hoping I get to go to one of her rally's before the April primary.:usastar: |
That's so cool! Years ago when she was the first lady she visited the College that I work for and I have a picture with her and Bill:p I must take a picture and share here, She was very sweet and even signed the book for me. |

That is awesome that she signed her sign! Lucky her! I thought she was very tiny too. She was very funny! I'm sure you'll see her before April. She'll be around A LOT for the next 6 weeks! |

That's neat! I'm not personally a Hillary fan, but that doesn't mean I have anything against you :p or can't be civil...lol. But I've been to an Obama and a John Edwards one this year, and they were both a lot of fun...though Obama's was much more exciting....actually a little on the crazy side (and we were front row ) But anyway, I personally like to see politics discussed on here! We discuss EVERYTHING else, and so why not do a little debating about this??? :D It kind of irritates me when people get mad about it. But thanks for sharing! |
