Weekend plans?
 
Anyone doing anything fun this weekend?

As for me, tomorrow Slade and I are going to "LuLus Pet Parade" Its a fundraiser for the American Diabetes Association and the local Humane society. THere is going to be a costume contest. I can't decide what to make him... he's got skull overalls and he could go as a punk rocker, and hes got a karate suit and he could go as the karate kid?

Sunday I'm working then we are going to the Rattlesnake Round up.

My kids are going to their dads so I will have a quiet weekend with the furkids..plus I just heard on the radio that another snow storm is coming tonight!! Eeeeeeeeeek!!

I am going to spend the weekend cleaning and packing up this house.

I want to go through and pack up the stuff we don't use often and get that out of the way.

oh im doing something wicked cute! I am manning a station at a salon for a birthday party for my neice who turned 6 and her little friends, to paint their nails and glitter them up and make them PUURRTTYY for pictures! They are all soooo excited! I am too actually!!!

Not really got anything planned for this weekend, except staying warm and hoping and praying that it don't snow here. It's just gonna be me and Little Man. Hubby's got to work all weekend.:(

Sleep, sleep and more sleep! This week has been a booger and we've been out of town the last two weekends very busy. I've been looking forward to this relaxing weekend all week long. Oh, and I have to help with a Science Fair project with my 6th grader but it's an easy one so it shouldn't take long.

Isn't that in South Georgia somewhere? When I first moved to Georgia from New York, a couple of friends asked me if I wanted to go with them to the 'Rattlesnake Roundup'. :eek: Umm...NO! LOL!! Do you take part in it or just look at them??

Yes, the rattlesnake roundup is in Claxton about 15mins from here. I haven't been in awhile. My birthparents took me when I was two or three and they stll got visitation. My grandma (who is now my mom) had custody and let me go with them. My grandad FLIPPED out when he found out that she let them take me to a rattlesnake round up. I can remember huge cages in a warehouse filled with snakes, oddly enough it didn't scar me for life.

I do NOT participate in rounding the snakes up, though I did go snake hunting with my uncle one tme when I was younger but we didn't find anything - well I found a broken plate I was consvinced was a piece of ancient indian pottery :rolleyes: :D .

They have a big arts and crafts fair, live music, and other stuff going on too. I like to see the snakes, but i keep my distance.

Tonight my boyfriend and I are going bowling.

Tomorrow we are going to the FL YT meetup, which I am so excited about! It is my 23rd birthday tomorrow too, so me and all my friends are going to Houlihans for dinner and then out to a bar in downtown Orlando. :D

I would definitely NOT go anywhere near a rattlesnake round up!!!! but craft fairs are fun.

I am babysitting for Mason, my 5 month old grandson:)

We are going to my niece's birthday party tonight, grocery shopping, laundry, cleaning and work I brought home tomorrow. Conner has a groomer appointment tomorrow. Sunday, hopefully, relax.

Ooo...bowling sounds fun! I haven't been bowling since my office xmas party... I might have steal your plans for tonight. lol

And I can't wait for the meet-up tomorrow! Happy early b-day :)

well we are getting the crazy weather too (my parents are travlling home tonight from ohio.. please say a prayer that their trip is safe) Tomorrow i making cup cakes for layla's birthday dinner on sunday and going to pick up two ice cream cakes (my cousin Laura's birthday is monday as well). i think i'm also going to stop by fabric land. then on sunday my cousin Eddie is coming over to cook supper for my family. my cousin Laura is coming aswell. Not sure what we are having but when Eddie cooks it is always GREAT! Sunday's dinner is a combo birthday dinner for Layla and Laura so we are really excited :)

Sounds like fun!!! Here in New York we are expecting a deluge of rain and more rain.
We are staying indoors and I am setting up a mini Rally obedience course for Remi and I to practice.

Hope to get some soup made in the slow cooker and some quiet reading time in too!

Saturday I am going to see this lady up in the mountains who has this 7 year old maltese that she is giving away. She says this little female needs a good home. The only request is that I get her spayed at my expense. I hope the weather holds and the road conditions are good. I don't like driving on ice and snow. Anyway, this girl is named Angelique. A big name for a little dog.

Hmmm...we're going off road driving Saturday, follow our normal routine of going to some friend's house Sat night so the kiddo can kick everyone's butt at Wii :p and going to relax and watch the NASCAR race on Sunday.
