Prayers Needed
 
I have a dear friend who has been beaten by her husband for their entire marriage. She finally decided to get out and theres children involved. They are going to court to enforce the restraining order and what not and he is also going to be served with divorce papers. Please pray for this family's safety and that God just protects them from this crazy man. Also, my friend is experiancing medical problems...she's going to have an MRI done soon, but she just starts to violently shake just out of the blue I'm sure it is because she scared for her life, but just pray that she will be okay. I would have never imagined this to happen to such a wonderful sweet spirted person.

OMG How awful...I can't imagine someone that is supposed to love and cherish you ever lifting a hand but I've been blessed so much in my life to be surrounded by people that really DO love me. I will be praying for this family and hoping that the MRI comes out clean. Your a good friend to be rallying for them, bless you too and just keep reassuring her as I know you are that all is going to be alright now.

Sheould be much safer at this time with one of the women's protection groups. He wouldn't be able to get to her (or the children) there. Praying for her safety. I have never been able to understand the mentality of beaters. IMO there is very little lower than this scum!!!

I will pray for her safety. I hope he gets put in jail....not just a restraining order. Bless her and her children.

I hope she stays safe. From what I have read regarding restraining orders
to these kinds of nuts they mean nothing!
Someone mentioned going to a woman's protection agency and I think
that is what she should do also. My heart breaks for her and her children
who had to endure a life of fear.
Our courts should do more than a restraining order if thier is proof
of abuse. Your friend and children need protection.
I pray for her safety.

Why men ever feel it's necessary to hit a woman I'll never know..although, I don't feel women should hit men either..I know my hubby(31 years), has never laid a hand on me, and if he would have, he would have done it one time, and that would have been all she wrote..I feel for your friend, and I pray for her safety..I'm sure she's probably shaking because of her nerves..he's probably done a lot of mental damage to her too..Please keep us posted on how she's doing..You sound like one fantastic friend being there for her...she needs your support now more than ever..

Thank all of you for praying but heres the update...the dad was denied rights or atleast until the children finish counseling and he was served with the divorce papers. I hope this nightmare is over for my friend soon. I'll keep you guys posted about what happens next

the oldest daughter who is 7 got picked up the other day from school because her heart her..Her mom took her to the doctor and shes HAVING PANIC ATTACKS! It breaks my heart that a little girl can already be experiancing this. Her mom is having a difficult time accepting this as well...just get praying please!

I will be praying for your friend and her children. This makes me sick. My first husband was abusive I'm lucky to have lived through it. My heart aches for anyone being mistreated. Hugs to you.

what a sad thing to hear. No one should have to fear for her life and the lives of their children
because of an abusive parent and spouse.

I hope things work out for them. We will keep them in our thoughts.

:( Prayers going up for your friend. I've been where she is...tell her to never let her guard down, never have a routine....go different ways when she's going to the store, taking the kids to school, etc. Is there someone she can hide out with where her husband won't know where she is? She can't just rely on the restraining order...the police told me that sometimes it just makes the other party more angry and more determined!!! Keep her eyes open all of the time, watch her rearview mirror when she's driving. I could go on and on, but you get the picture I'm sure. Scary thing she and her children are going through. I'm so sorry, but thank God she has the courage to get out while she can.
