we are in a slump here
 

Nothing has gone right lately! Well, fo several months! BF passed out at work in Nov. work said he had to get medical release- one docter sent him to another- on and on- Checked his heart, bllod pressure,for seizers,and more- nothing! He just got back to work in Jan- and he passed out at work today- and they let him go! I think it is low blood sugar! He has started carring a tester(I"M diabetic) He took his BS- 60-low! They didn't call for any medical help, just told him he was terminated for safety reasons! We were just starting to get back on track!
I had test in STL last week- had to pay my deductible-Banjo got hurt- BF is out of work now- OMG- I am stressed! He is union, and the Union Hall is looking into it!
What else can go wrong!well. what has
I didn't get to ge my little yorkie girl, because I have been so sick- Diabetic-and Graves Disease!
Oh His son got some fingers cut off about 3 months ago! Bf xwife has cancer for the 3rd time. Other son had knee surgery!
Sorry this is too long, i just needed some release!
Oh, and our savings is about gone!
OMG- I am just worried to death, but can't let BF know, cuz he feels so bad!
So Ready for Feb. to be over!Guess that's why I am up so late!!

sending prayers and hugs yall's way! hope everything gets better for the both of you. it seems odd that with his blood sugar being low like it was, that his work would take that into consideration. but with the union, maybe they can figure it all out.

Sending prayers your way too. When I feel this way, I do 2 things. First off, I remind myself that usually when things happen, there is a reason and it winds out working for the best. Maybe your BF is going to find a better job. :) I hope in a few months or weeks you are posting us with good news. The second thing I do is remind myself of all the blessing I have, the son is ok, right. He lost some fingers which is awful but someone else lost their son this morning, in comparison, you are lucky. The BF xwife has cancer for the 3rd time, which is awful and so sad and my heart goes out to her and the family as I know how hard that can be :( but also a wake up call to each of us to appreciate every moment we have and never never take our health for granted.
Anyways, just my thoughts. I hope things are looking up for you soon!

I would SO hire a workmans comp lawyer! They can't just fire him like that!!!!! Safety reasons, I understand, but...they cant let him go for that, there is obviously something wrong that they havent found out yet... best of luck to you!

Sending hugs and prayers. I swear when it rains it pours. I think he can fight them on the termination and even sue them. They needed to try to move him to a different position and if that didn't work then they could probably put him on notice stating due to the nature of their business he can't be there and fainting.

Hope March's outlook is a lot better.

BF is a boilermaker- has 32 years in!But they just get temp. jobs- well some can last a few years - most are a year- some are just 6 weeks! Usually u have to go where the job is- this was a job 20 miles from home- that will be here 2 years! If his union does not do something- I will be mad!He is 51- so can't take his pension untill 55- unless put on disability- which takes a couple of years to get- if you get it! He just went to 3 doctors in DEC. They found nothing wrong!But even though he told them I said low BS-not 1 took a BS test- but the last one said that was probably it!!Duh

I hate to harp at him, he feels bad about it- but if he does not stand up for himself- no one will!You got to even kick the union in the rear to help you- even thought that is what the dues are suppose to be for! This is what I want to tell him, but can't- so you guy's are my vent- I need more vent!LOL!!!!!!

I am so sorry you are having such a rough time. It seems like everything happens at the same time. It is so hard to go through all these hardships but when you come out the other side you feel much stronger. I will pray for you all.

Thank you for the prays!!!! when you get right down to it- it's the health that is the most important! BF problem, my health issues, and Banjo's little leg! That is what matters the most!

Oh wow... Im sorry to hear about all this. My prayers go out to you and your BF and family... Im sure March will be better for you both! At least then spring is around the corner! (((HUGS)))

Prayers coming your way. When things get to be too much for me I just turn it all over to the Lord and lean on Him. I will prayer that He wraps his loving arms around you all and gives you comfort.

Ok, Feb. is over!! March is suppose to get better! BF has been so sick - since last Thur-the day they let him go!! Really has not been out of bed ,untill this afternoon1 He got back to the union people, they say, the company says he was sleeping!!! Duh, In the middle of the floor- in the break room????? And that is HIS union! Oh, my gGod- I am sick- we are at the end- we were hanging on, but we have nothing to hang on to!! We live in town of 12,000= 250 got layed off this week and another is shutting it's doors in months!! There are NO JOBS!!
OK, March- lets get to the POT OF GOLD!!!
GUESS IT WILL GET BETTER SOMETIME- APRIL????
