ME TOO ! I'm totally out of the Bare Minerals - Sherry was nice enough to send me some and I loved it (she didn't lol) and I haven't tried mac - is it expensive ?? what stores sell it ?

Not sure where you live, but I have a Bare Minierals store in my area as well as Sephora. I actually ordered my first set online and I bought the medium tone. It comes with two diff color foundations.

One of them just happened to be my color. That was lucky. If you want a "makeunder" as they call it ...try to visit one of their locations.

I use BMinerals for the face and smashbox for the eyes

I'm still searching for my HG foundation....I have oily (really oily) skin, yet I'm 35 so I'm starting to get laugh lines. I haven't found anything that either doesn't melt off my face or breaks me out. MAc breaks me out horribly. Other than foundation I use mainly MAC, and some Bobbi Brown.

I loved bare minerals and wore it for a couple of years but it seemed to start emphasizing my fine lines. I'm 53 so starting to have some of those wrinkles.
I switched lancome which is wonderful for aging skin.

Bobbi Brown foundation and everything else MAC with the exception of mascara-for that I use Lancomb.

I used to wear Mac, and I loved it. Now, I wear Bare Minerals, and by far, it's my favorite! I still love andwear Mac blush and eyeshadows though.
I use Clinique moisturizer which is awesome.
As far as mascara goes, Christian Dior is great, Shiseido, and even Clinique.
Yves Saint Laurent has great lipstick too.

I use Bare minerals but i also like Laura Mercier, Mac eyeshadows and blushes, etc.

I absolutley hate wearing makeup and my friend is always way too done up and we both swear by Bare Minerals! My friend also uses MAC for drama, so she says :p but I am fine with just BE eyeshadows!

I have pretty sensititive skin and I live in a SUPER humid climate and BE works very well in both situattions. I can put on my makeup and work all day, go to the gym and still have very nice coverage after sweating a lot! Even get in a hot tub or pool and still have great coverage. I still use maybelene mascara, same quality waaaayyy less $ It's in the pink and green bottle.

I really like the brushes also they offer a wide range of coverages I'm sure you can find one that is perfect for you. Also the buxom lips is awesome!!!!

Stacy since you do makeup...what would be the best foundation for me. I have very oily skin and I am prone to acne. FUN...huh? :thumbdown

I am currently using Sheer Cover and I hate it. I have considered MAC but heard it was too cakey, also considered Smash Box and Laura Meircer.

I have a confession...

I ordered Bare Mineral On ebay... I chose Light.. I think... It might be too white for me.. I will see. I am a Japanese with a little lighter skin.. so I will see. I didn't spend too much money.. so that is good.

It comes with all these... I hope it matches with my skin. I kinda risked it.. I found out about the closest Bare Mineral and it is a bit far from me... Only one location in Massachusetts...

So I will see how it goes. Then I will keep using Mac eye shadow etc.. I need to find a good lipstick.. I like Channel lipstick.. I want to find something that doesn't come off so easily..
