Doctor called the house I thought I was pregnant BUT the test keeps coming up negative so I went to see my doctor. He did some blood test and said Ill hear if its bad news by Monday. He called me friday afternoon. The test came back and they say I have elevated thyroid levels and elevated pro somehting levels. The pro thingy could be a tumor. Non cancerous. He wants a MRI and more blood work. I dont know what to feel. Not being pregnant is a bummer and I can see the hypothroidism,I have alot of those sysptoms, but I dont know anything about the other and Im not liking the sound of it. Both will end up being on medication for treatment but I dont want to be Ill. This sucks. I guess I just need to tell someone. Im fat,Im tired, and Im sick to my stomach constantly and I dont get a baby- I get a disease. Sorry Im just whining. Thanks for listening guys |
Oh sweetie, I'm sure it will be ok. I will keep you in my prayers. Keep us updated. |
You're not whining! I am sorry to hear of your problems. I know how frustrating it is month after month to see a negative on the pregnancy tests. Good luck to you. |
Whine all you want! Sometimes we just have to do it. Chin up...prayers for you and hope the doctor can get you straightened out soon and you get to feeling better!:) |
You have something to whine about..don't be so hard on yourself ;) I'll bet the doc gets you all straightened out and then you will feel better AND get pregnant :D God Bless You! |
You'll be surprise how much better you feel after about 6 to 8 weeks after you start taking thryoid medicine. I too had thryoid problems, both hyper and hypo....(they removed mine).... once I had the meds straightened out it was so much better. |
I am so very sorry. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. |
((((((((hugs))))))))))))) I'm sorry:( I hope that whatever it is, it's not serious. |
