Question for the college students
 
Do you have any idea which pizza place it is that offers a pizza for $5 if you show your ID? I know its either Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, or Dominoes. (or maybe its just something the local franchise does).

Also (non college students can answer this ? too) what is a good movie to rent tonight? Doesn't matter how new or old it is, or what type movie.


Its NASTY here tonight and I just wanna go rent a movie and some beer, order a pizza, and lounge around with Laney and Slade (and maybe check YT occassionally) :D

Around here Papa Johns is $8 if you order from campus and Dominos is $6. :)

:eek: I wish Papa Johns did that here (after posting I realized it wasn't PJs since thats where we always order from), they are my favorite. I'm thinking it is Dominos that offers the deal, which is my least favorite.

I've heard of the pizza thing but then again I don't live on campus and in a big city. :confused:

As far as movie suggestions: Latter Days, The Family Stone, and The Devil Wears Prada are my favorite (non Disney) movies.

We rented The Game Plan and The Heartbreak Kid recently and I LOVED The Game Plan and hated Heartbreak Kid. I suggest The Game Plan if you haven't seen it yet. :)

Out here in SoCal Little Ceasars has the hot n' ready pizzas for $5.00 all the time....I even saw a commercial for Pizza Hut. I guess they're doing the $5.00 pizzas too.

I think it was Domino's but it's been a while since college :rolleyes: Call them, they'll tell you...when you're in college, every dollar saved counts!

As for the pizza, here in Chicago we have this place called Bacci's. It cost $5 to get a drink and this HUMUNGO slice of pizza!! Its GIGANTIC. Lol.

When I lived in Alabama, Pizza Hut did the college ID thing for a while. Idk if they are still doing it. I think you just got a few dollars off a pizza.

I loved The Devil Wears Prada! One of my favorite no brainer movies is Uptown Girls with Brittney Murphy and Dakota Fanning. It's old but I always laugh and cry and all the things you want to do with silly movies.

I love Uptown Girls too! I watched that the other day... it was on TV. My favorite scene is at the end with the teacups ride. :)

OMG I bawl my eyes out at that scene! That movie could not have been cast more perfectly! Dakota Fanning IS that role! My daughter got me the DVD and I haven't watched it in a while- I am definitely going to have to watch it this weekend.

I haven't decided yet. I have to wait until after 9 when mom goes to sleep b/c she doesn't like me driving her truck at night, so I just wait til she goes to bed.
