Hi everyone :) I got to talk to Cayden :) He is so sweet. He was watching Animal Planet :D He is staying off the Added Oxygen More and more . He does have a Sinus infection ion top of the Pnemonia
None of the tests have came back yet so I really don't have any other news. I Really think he is starting to make a turn for the better. I am sure that Al of the YT Prayers have Been A huge Part of that.

I also told Cayden about this thread and that when he gets home his Mommy will have to show him. He really wants to see it :) and he said Thank you for your Kind words and Prayers.

well his real words were...... " REALLY!! COOL.:D . I wanna see it! That is so Nice!"

Good to hear that Cayden is feeling better. I hope this continues and his body begins the healing process soon. Thanks for keeping us up to date lori!

Oh I am just SO happy that Cayden is doing so much better. What a great improvement he seems to be showing. The fact that he is off the constant Oxygen should indicate that he is well on the way to recovery. Tell him that his YT "Aunties" are all sending him HUGE HUGS!!!:ghug::ghug::ghug:

Maurene I know we have had words in the past, but I truely hope your son recovers and is home again soon. I know how hard it is to have a loved one in the hospital and still try to keep things going at home.

I pray for his quick recovery.

Great news! I'm so glad for Maureen and little Caiden. I hope he continues to recover and I'll pray that his body will begin to heal for good!

Yeah Cayden keep up the improvement so you can go home soon!! Maureen I am so happy he's improving and you can start to relax abit and not worry yourself sick. Take care of yourself it sure looks like Cayden is on the mend now. I will pray he continues to get better and you can return home safely!

Look Deb .. They are home :) I have not talked to them yet but I am sure Maureen will on as soon as she gets settled back in at home.

Oh thank god they get to go home!!! Tell maureen I will keep them in my thoughts. I bet Cayden is excited to be going home. I guess I was still half asleep earlier and didn't read it all...hadn't had my coffee yet,lol!

WOW !!!!

I just dont know where to start... Lori would read me the posts over the phone but it was totally different to see it my self. I'm in tears... You are ALL so wonderfully. I cannot express to you guys how thankful I am :) I am so fortunate to have so many wonderful friends!!!!!

I'm sorry I didn't post last night, they somehow messed up hi prescriptions so we were at the pharmacy for over an hour.:( Then the lovely 2 hour ride home:rolleyes: I hate long car rides. When we walked in the door I gave Cayden his medications, took a much needed shower and crashed.

It is so good to be home.:D

Cayden is not 100% but he was good enough to leave the hospital. He was holding his oxygen on room air at 93-95% which is great compared to before. Without it before it was down to 80%.

All of his test came back negative... thank god!!! well except the allergy one, which we already knew he had allergies.

At home he is still on steroids (50mg Prednisone), an antibiotic (Augmentem for 14 days), and then his regular asthma meds. We are still doing treatments every 4 hours and will continue until next week. We will see his regular Dr. next week to repeat the x rays to see if th pneumonia is gone, at that time we will change the treatment times.

Oh and he has his follow up with the Pulmonologists in 3 weeks, we will go back to Valley Childrens Hospital for that.

I think I covered everything:confused: but i'm still a little out of it... im still sick and very tired:( I feel like I have a newborn again... I cant wait to get some real sleep:(
