My surgery is tomorrow.... prayers please...
 
I'm getting so nervous! My surgery is scheduled tomorrow. I'm having a hysterectomy :( I've gotten so much great advice and support on here from so many of you, that I wish I could say I'm not worried a bit, but I'm still a little nervous. I guess at this point, I'll be glad when it's all over and I just hope I'm making the right decision. Can you all spare a minute for a quick prayer that I have a quick recovery and that this is the right thing for me to do? :(

It is perfectly natural to be nervous before surgery.
I will keep you in my prayers and I wish you a very speedy recovery.

I will definately keep you in my prayers for a safe surgery and a quick recovery. Just think this time tomorrow it will be behind you!!

Try not to be afraid. I will keep you in prayer for a quick recovery. It was the best thing for me.

I missed your original post but wanted to add here that you will be in my thoughts and prayers tomorrow....as will your doctor and the nurses taking care of you. I had mine just over 10 years ago and I was nervous as all get out. It is normal to feel apprehensive and nervous before any type of surgery, no matter how minor or major the procedure may be. Let us know, when you are able, that all went well and how you are doing.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Please be with Theresa tonight to calm her fears. help her to remember you are with her and will not leave her side ever. Help her to have your peace Lord and to get a good nights sleep. Keep her wrapped in your arms and help her to know her life is in the palm of your hand.
Please be with her tomorrow as she goes into surgery. Help her to know she is doing what is right. And help her to remember you are in control.
And please help the doctors to have your wisdom and guidance. Be with them and help them to care for and about Theresa in every way possible.
Lord we thank you that you are with us always, and that you care about every detail of our lives. Thank you Lord. We ask this in Jesus Name Amen.

I will be praying for you. i know you are a ball of nerves but you will be fine.ask god to give you the peace you need and to help ease your anxiety. praying for a speedy recovery!

I will be thinking about you tomorrow! I wish you a speedy recovery and remember, I'm just around the corner if you need ANYTHING! Even if you just need someone to come play with the babies :) Just let me know~
