I will... he did the cutest thing.. reminded me of 3rd grade.. he cut out a heart and glued it to the front and wrote in D & C forever lol... our initials.. lol... it was soooooooo cute....aww.. best present ever... :thumbup: :thumbup:

My new guy got me a bouquet of 3 pink roses... it is gorgeous... and since we've only been together a month, I was not expecting ANYTHING! I didnt get him anything so I bought pizza last night LOL Im not so good at this vday thing!

I hit a curb with my car last week during the blizzard. I was going through a fast food drive through for a diet coke and the snow plow guy didn't see my white car in the snow and I tried to get away from him backing into me. So, for Valentine's day my car is getting a new wheel bearing, a power steering flush and a new serpentine belt= $600.

I adore my DH :wub: We usually dont go overboard for VDay, because it can be so commercial... But when he does do something, its always a beautiful surprise :) I just got this delivered at work...

Well, don't know what BF got me yet, he was still sleeping when I left for work. This is the second year I've been in class the evening of V-Day, so we can't do a whole lot as far as celebrating!! So, we'll celebrate tomorrow evening with a nice dinner.

We don't do big gifts for V-day, but my present to him where some tasty pink frosted sugar cookies and, since he LOVES chocolate martini's, a bottle of Godiva white chocolate liqueur and all the other fixings for a good chocolate martini. (hopefully he'll have one ready for me when I get home!)

DH isn't home yet...but my daughter and I delivered Valentine's goodies to some friends and family...then I took her out to eat and to the movies (we seen Juno, since I have been telling her we would go see it). It was nice.

Blake did an EXCELLENT job this year! When I woke up this morning this is what I found: Two dozen red roses in a huge wine glass (the whole thing is about 4 1/2 feet tall!), a huge singing balloon, kahlua filled chocolates, and a singing stuffed animal.

I told my husband a long time ago, don't ever buy me flowers on Valentines Day. They just charge too much for this holiday and since his money is my money I'd rather spend it elsewhere LOL. Now of course if we were dating I'd probably feel differently;) . My son spend $120.00 for a dozen roses and teddy bear for his girl friend:eek: Don't get me wrong, I think it's very romantic and sweet to get flowers on valentines day, I guess I'm just too cheap:p

Camera on the "blink" but hubby sent me a big basket of goodies - chocolates, different candies, pretzels, chips, and balloons! I don't like flowers that much so he always sends goodie baskets for Valentines Day, anniversary, and birthday:) Only problem is he's working his 24 hour shift at the fire station today and won't be home til the morning - we'll celebrate tomorrow evening;)

Ok.... so I got a dozen roses at work today & came home to a Rib eye steak dinner ready to go with a single red rose on the table..... we sat down for a family dinner... it was nice

My DH got me a super sweet card, 12 long stem roses, and a pair of Coach sunnies I'd been wanting.

We were going to do the Melting Pot for dinner but decided to go on a less crowded weekend night :)

Valentine's Day started w/ my daughter and I going to the movies (seen Juno) and then having lunch and doing some "light" shopping.

Both of us wasn't feeling too great (headaches, etc)....by the time DH came home, I was already in bed because of my headache.
So, I felt bad because he had to make his own Valentine's dinner (he didn't bring home anything, but I had steaks ready just in case).
Anyway, he made a good dinner!:wub:

He brought both my daughter and I a bouquet of flowers and a DVD each (I got "knocked up" and she got the simpson's movie - I don't know why he bought those two..I am sure they are good though)...and he got me some new house shoes...MUCH needed! Oh, and we both got cards.

He never wants anything because "it is NOT a guys holiday"...his words...but I got him three car magazines and bags of candy...ferro roche (sp), reeses peanut butter cups, hersey kisses and hersery minatures. (nothing much because he is buying parts for one of his classic cars, so that will be more than plenty)!!! :p
