Baking Pan recommendations I desperately need to purchase new baking pans - particularly baking sheets. Does anyone have any recommendations? I need good non-stick pans that will not warp in the oven or rust easily. I'm tired of buying pans and finding out they aren't the quality I'd hoped for - help! |
This Lincoln Wear- Ever sheet got great reviews!.....I haven't tried it myself but I do know if the sheet is too thin it will warp and bend, the shiny sheets work better for me rather than the dark ones..... this sheet is 19 gauge ....I bought a couple for my daughter from Martha Stewart and she liked them really well...... http://www.instawares.com/lincoln-we...9003ln.0.7.htm |
Thanks for the link! That's the one that Cook's Illustrated recommends. I've been wanting to get some! |
I don't know a brand name, but I would check with a restaurant supply, either on line or if you have an actual store in your area, that's even better. I got mine from a local Curtis Restaurant Supply, but here is a link to their site. The price is reasonable and you can't beat the quality! http://www.curtisresteq.com/ |
Have you ever tried Pampered Chef? There cook ware is awesome. |
My recommendation goes to Kitchen Aide -- there the best in my book!! |
