Awesome website and forum for ppl on diets! caloriecount.about.com is so cool! You can have food logs and put in what you eat everyday and they will count the calories for you. It will let you know how many calories you consume a day. There is also a log to keep how many times you workout, how many calories you burn and you can write journals. There's also a forum to keep yourself motivated by other ppl, and if you have questions. I'm not sure if im allowed to post this website but if i am it is really good, and i find that it has helped me to stay healthy for the past week! It even told me what date they think i will reach my goal weight!:thumbup: |
O wow! I've been using the Daily Plate site, but this one seems much better! I will have to join for sure! Ugh...I hate having to pay attention to what I eat...it never was a problem before I screwed my knee up...(hockey accident) I used to be so tiny (although at the time I thought I was huge at a size 2...) Now I cannot be half as active as I would like :( and I cannot stand being chubby! BLAH! Anyways sorry for my rant...I'm just so frustrated with myself for gaining weight. lol. |
