Prayers for my granddaughter... Please send prayers for my 10 year old granddaughter, Kallee. She was diagnosed at age 3 with syringomyelia...which basically means she has a fluid filled cavity in the center of her spinal cord. She had yearly MRI's for several years but has just been at a "come back if she has pain" mode. Well she started having pain again several months ago, so we called the neurologist and she had another MRI. We haven't gone to that appt. yet but her pedi dr. said the results came back that not only is the cavity stiil there but now she has a bulging disk at the base of her spine. Poor kid has already had 2 bladder surgeries and been in the hospital several other times for respiratory problems...now this. Please keep her in mind. Thanks. |

Patti, I am so sorry Kallee has to be in pain at such a young age. It's awful when children have to suffer. She will be in my prayer's and thoughts as well as your whole family. |

I am so sorry to hear about Kallee, may God give you all strength through all of this. Andrew was just in the hospital for a week, ruptured appendicitis, it broke my heart to see so many children with ailments, some were so very young. I could not work at a hospital, I hear babies cry and I start crying. I wish your little grand daughter a smooth and quick recovery, May God heal her. ((Hugs of care)) |

I want to thank all of you for the prayers for Kallee. I TOTALLY believe in the power of prayer and have seen personally how yt prayers are answered. I will keep you all updated when we have her appt. with the neurologist. |

I am sorry to hear about your Grand daughter. She will be in my Prayers, along with the rest of the family. It's tough having a little child suffering. I know all to well what it like to have a medically ill child. I don't know much on her illness, but I sure hope that her doctors are able to have her well again soon! |
