What is your problem area? I am BORED!!! :rolleyes: Luckily, daughter is back home and we are getting ready to go for a walk... So my question of the moment: What is your problem area and what do you do to try to take care of it? What problem area?? --- On your body that is! :D Mine is my stomache and thighs....The credit goes to YT for that! :biggrin: What are good exercises for those areas? |
Crunches and lunges would help you! Also, Pilates - I swear by it! My problem area would have to be my Butt! |
I work out five times a week and still am not Happy with my legs. I have thick legs no matter how small I get. I am so envious of women with tiny legs. I am careful not to use much weight when working with my legs so as not to get any more bulk. |
Mine is my waist and My butt. I have small legs and arms and a thick waist and a butt thats too big. I was working out but quit and need to start back up |
I'm slim..Uk size 8-10 but i feel my stomach is not as flat as it used to be and i hate my 'chunky' calves! I wish my boobs were bigger but theres not much i can do about that unless i opt for surgery which i wouldn't!:eek: I really should try and get back into yoga which i did for a couple of years up until about 4 years ago..i have done nothing since! i'd much rather be sat on here!:p :rolleyes: |

Okay, I change mine.....mine is my whole middle area (stomache, hips, thighs, butt)...still, I give the credit to my increased middle to YT....hee,hee :biggrin: If there were a way to type on the keyboard while walking on the treadmill, then I would be very HAPPY!!! :biggrin: |
lol I hate to admit this but have my laptop open on a shelf in front of my treadmill most of the time. I despise exercise and find YT or taping a show I like helps get me through that part of the workout. I should add that I work out as much as I do cuz I am a pig and love to eat. |

My middle needs work. But to me, my biggest problem is my arms. I HATE them. I wish we could afford a treadmill. When I use them in school, etc., I really love them and I think I could really shape up if I had one. |
