Any Disney Tips???
 
Hey, we are going to Disney 1 month from today!!!

I am so excited!!!

I have the tripped booked and resort on Disney with meal plan and park hopper passes.

But any other helpful hints would be greatly appreciated.

We have 3 kids. (14 girl, 11 boy and 5 yr old boy)

I can't wait. We have 2 foot of snow and just had 2 ice storms, so we are really ready for a break!!

You are gonna love the meal plan. We go every October when they have it. Have you made dinner reservatins? If not you will want to. I am going to Pm you some sites that will help you and then If you have any other questons just let me know. My Husband plans all our disney trips and hes become quite the expert about Disney

As a huge Disney fan, I have so many!

Utilize Fast Pass- its best if you get them earlier in the day as they often go as the day goes on.

Confirm all dining reservations- take all confirmation numbers with you.

If you are staying on property utilize Extra Magic Hours.. I know some are against EMH but I always enjoy them.

Be sure to catch Wishes, Fantasmic, SpectroMagic, and IllumiNations. They are all my favorite shows!

If is it taking place during your visit, I'd suggest going to the Pirate and Princess Party at the Magic Kingdom. So much fun!

If I think of anything else, I'll let you know. :) Where are you stay?

ETA: How long are you going for? I know you'll have a great time. I'll be there on March 14th!

I just wanted to say have a good time. I have been 3 times and your kids are at a great age to go, they will have a great time. All time favorite SPACE MTN.

You lucky you were just there and now your getting ready to go back. We were supposed to be going in May but we decided to do Seaworld and Busch Gardens instead. So now we will be going in October

We have been, but it was a long time ago (had a BLAST)...so, I will enjoy this thread, as I am hoping to be able to go this year :xfingers:

Yes, I'm very lucky.

You'll have to go to the new Sea World park. I'm not really a fan of water parks but it looks very cool.

Try to make a chance to watch the parade in Magic Kingdom. Its SO cute and so much fun. If you go to MGM, you MUST go on Tower of Terror. That was my favorite ride in the whole place. I went on it 5 times. I second Kyle's suggestion of confirming all dining reservations. Call the morning of your reservations just to double (or triple :)) check.

My personal advice would be to not turn down any ride because you're afraid of it. When I went to Disney the first time I promised myself that I'd do everything no matter how scary it looked, and I'm glad that I did.

We are! I cant wait to ride the slides where you get to see the fish as your sliding through. We are also doing discovery cove where you swim with the dolphins for our Anniversary in October

I saw that! Looks very cool! In one of the pictures I saw, there was also slides with some type of dolphin.

Oh I hate that Tower of Terror. I think that is the scarriest ride. I just dont like drops. But everyone should ride it at least once so they know what it is. It gives me the butterflies in my stomach. But I love the rockin rollercoaster

We are staying at Port Orleans Riverside (downtown disney) We are going for 7 days, 6 nights. We will be back on March 2nd.

Thank you everyone for the great tips. I haven't been since I was in my teens and we want to try and be organized and make the most of every park.

We did make a few reservations already.
