Counting calories Does anyone know of a website that you put a food in and it will tell you how many calories it has? |
Just about anything you buy anymore has the calories right on the package..if you go to a fast food restaurant, you can go to that website and most of the time find any fast food item on that website.. |

Their produce plastic bags have the calorie count and other info on it for their produce. I scanned a copy for you. I hope you can see the info. But if you can, go to FAIRWAY and you can get the plastic bag for your own use. |
One of my favorites is www.fitday.com. |

www.mypyramid.gov it is the only website i use and that was used in all my nutrition classes when i was in school. i live by it. |
Yes, MyPyramid is awesome!!! We also use this in my nutrition classes. It honestly will help you live a healthy lifestyle with good eating habits. It has a few drawbacks though...They don't differentiate between foods that are high fat and low fat...So, you need to use common sense with those things...For example, fish has a healthier type of fat than red meat, etc... |
