I don't think it constantly runs but once a month. I was just at our local shelter yesterday and it looked crowded. People just need to be more responsible. I paid around $120 for Tilly to be spayed at her vets office. We live pretty tightly but I wanted her spayed so bad that I put so much back from each paycheck. Most people can afford it, cut out your eating out and impluse buying. People would be suprised how much money they blow and they had it there all along. |
