Wanted to share my thank you to Mary (Grizzly Rocks).....
 

As many of you know I lost my baby girl Lulu on New Years Eve. I was so bereft that I didn't know what to do with myself. My friends that I have come to know here at YT circled the wagons and consoled me. There is one person that I owe a huge THANK YOU to and that is Mary (Grizzly Rocks).

I never knew Mary that well but when I lost Lulu she was one of the good kind hearted people that came to me to help ease my hurt. She was a great shoulder to cry on because she had also lost the love of her life ....it was a little while back but for those of us that have lost one of our babies we know that while the pain eases it still lingers. It lessens as time goes by but the spot where these little buggers once resides are still empty.

Anyhow Mary and I traded a lot of emails and pms and she really was a good friend to me.

I want to show you something that Mary had made for me to remember my baby. It has the biggest front and center spot on my dresser where I can see it ever day. Not only did she have this made for me and when you see it in person the artist captured Lulu to a T. She also ordered a stand for me to display that ornament so I wouldn't have to put it away and only see it once a year...but I could alway see and remember my baby.

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart Mary. Grizzly was definitely blessed to have you. I am blessed to have you as my friend. Maybe one day when my kids are a bit bigger I will take a trip out and visit.

I'm so sorry for your loss of Lulu, I know it hurts and my heart goes out to you. What a thoughtful and touching thing for Mary to do. Your ornament is beautiful and I'm sure will be cherished always, just as memories of your little girl will be.

How sweet of her to help you memorialize Lulu. What beautiful work Mary does! My heart continues to hurt for you over the loss of your darling Lulu.

Beth...Thank you for the kind words. As you know. You story tugged at my heart and I cried many tears. Losing our babies is very hard and when we have others to share it with it makes it a little easier to bare. My heart is with you and your family and always will be. I am glad that you are enjoying Lulu for you both were blessed to have each other. It was a gift from the heart.It is beautiful and I know it is much more to the eye when you have it right there. When I told your story to Janette the artist who painted your Lulu, she did it all from there. I have been blessed to have her in my life.She is amazing.So much joy I get from her paintings. It would be my pleasure to meet you and your family. Isn't it rather unique that are furbabies can bring us these fabulous friendships that will last a lifetime. You gotta love YT for that. I just know when Grizzley Bear was here. I made some great friends and even in his passing (which I so still have a hard time with) I have made even more.I consider you one of them. I thank YT for that. Great people here and cute furbabies! Can't go wrong with that!

i am sorry for your loss. That was such a kind thing for her to do for you! LuLu is a beautiful girl!! That ornament is gorgeous!

Thank you...believe me I love that ornament. The other night hubby asked where the ornament went so I was like it's there I just had my laptop sitting next to it and it was blocking it. He loves it too...says it looks so much like my monster loodie doodie.

You and Janette gave me a gift that can never ever be replaced. It will be as cherished as my wedding band. I am going to contact Janette and have her paint one more for me of my monster. I want one where her tongue is sticking out as that was one of her most favoriet poses...lol.

YT has brought me a few good friends that I will always love.

mary, grizzleys mom happens to be one of the kindest, generous, sweetest
girl ive ever known.. even though we never met before, i feel ive known
her forever.. we have a special bond because of the love of our babies.
shes just the best...

That is so wonderful. That ornament is just gorgeous. And such a wonderful rememberance. I know when I lost Dixie a few weeks ago the outpouring of love and prayers really got me through.

I'm sorry for your loss and that was so kind of her.

Your monster! LOL To cute. I just wanted you to know that these little babies from her become addicting. Before you know it...Zoey will have a whole lotta friends!! I myself can't get enough of them.Thanks again for your kind words. Your bringing me to tears out here.

Gina... I feel the same way.You totally have been awesome. The laughs are crazy with you.I just know that if Grizzley Bear was around and we lived near each other. He would of laughed.... oh.. I mean barked for days at us!!! You too Beth... It would of been a thrill.

Awww that is so sweet! She's a nice person! And it's so pretty. What a nice thing to have to remember her. She was so beautiful!

After talking to Mary (grizzley bear) I have to say that you are so right she is one special and amazing person her heart is so filled with love that it is overflowing. And if i ever get a chance to meet her i will jump at it.
