Pontiac Solstice Does anyone have this car??? Im thinking about getting it, Im young, and I think my first car needs to be a fun car, especially since I don't want to have kids until in my late 20's. What are the pros and cons?? |
i have no idea what the pros and cons of this car are, but i love it lol the only thing i want more is a mustang:p |
Its a great car. Basically its the Opel Speedster. There is some downfalls to it though. The interior is pretty plasticky and cheap, and the top is a pain in the butt. If you get the turbo model its got modest power and good torque, very fun but feels a bit heavy, if you get the non turbo model its a dog to drive. If you are looking for a fun roadster try a Toyota MR2 Spyder. I own one right now and man its a blast!!!!!!!!!!! I build race cars and have built my MR-S and a few Solstices and I can say both are great cars, but I love the MR2. Plus it's a Toyota it never dies!!! |

My mom really wanted this car and the only thing she found wrong with it was that the trunk is exremely small. She'd joke that you couldn't even put more than a loaf of bread in it. |

You're young and will probably make the same mistake that 95% of young people make, which is being tempted by the 0% car offers out there. My car was $450 for 60 months... SIXTY. Trust me, a car payment on a 5 year old car is really lame. So, I say get something you can pay for in 2 years, and then when you are in a better position to save money pay CASH. My car is paid off this money (3 months early wuhu! it only took a year of extra payments to do that...) and I promised myself I will never have a car payment again. Just putting a little away each month instead of a payment. |

I just got a Scion TC in August and I LOVE it! It's SOOO rooomy for being a 2-door and it's still "cool" lookin :p |
I think they are super cute cars. I like the crossfire too. I don't know anything about them though. |
