Hey Ya'll!
I think that on a previous thread we established that I was the tallest girl on the forum, I'm 6'3" and slim.
I'm used to be stared at a lot...
QUESTION: for you tall ladies- do you still wear heels? I feel FEEL so much sexier but I look GIGANTIC haha It's quite the predicament.

Just think- you can wear 4 inch heels and be as tall as I am in flats :)

Another question- why not? I DO have kitten heels that I wear all the time and I'm comfortable wearing up to 1 and 1/2 heels on a daily basis. My BF is not quite as tall as I am but he has some killer cowboy boots that make him taller :)

I'm 5'10 without shoes on, so even in regular shoes I'm almost 6ft. I normally wear heels. I don't really have a problem with it. I actually don't feel that tall in them.:)

Oh heck yeah! I wear heels! :D I'm tall and I will wear any kinda of heel as long as it's a cute shoe! I have a heck of a time finding pants and jeans that fit though.:rolleyes:

:) That's good to hear!! I was just curious because I LOVE heels but sometimes feel so enormous! haha

I'm not tall - 5'2" lol - but I know a lot of tall people, and they wear heels. :) I think it looks great as long as they're cute shoes. :thumbup:

I have True Religion jeans that are 35" inseam and Antik Denim that are long. I bought my TR jeans on sale from:

The only jeans I can wear are the Express jeans. They are long enough and fit me the right way.

I am 5'10 and wear flats....but because I have bad knees and heels kill me....But I use to wear the heck out of heels.....


My daughter is 5'11 and she wears heels all the time......And looks beautiful....So I say go for it.....

My twins are 23....My son is 6'4" and my daughter is 5'11"......This was at my BFF wedding....at the reception...

Funny thing....She never thinks of her height...She always says she is just normal height whenever people comment on how tall she is...


Then I have another daughter that is 5'6 and she wants to know what happended that the twins got tall and she is the short one....Their father is 6'

My daughter is 17 and is 5'11 and she wears heels. She says she is taller then most of her friends so whats a few more inches? She wears an 11 shoe which is finally becoming much easier to find. Zappos.com carries a lot of cute shoes in larger sizes.
We buy most of her jeans at Buckle, she wears XXL'S. Joe jeans also run long.
My son is 6'5'.
I am the shortest one in my family now at 5'8" :p

I say wear what your comfortable in, if your not comfortable you'll be slouching all day/night.

One of my best friends is 6' 4 1/2" so she is super tall...I know she wouldnt wear heals as she hates being so tall but I think she looks beautiful...

I guess it really depends where you are going. If you are going out to dinner or what not, go for it. If you are visiting your little ol'granny who has shrank to 4' 9", heels probably wouldn't be the best accessory. I'm 5' 6", have tons of heels but don't wear them much because it makes me tower over bf.

I absolutely still wear heels (I'm 5'11"):laugh: My hubby loves it, says he feels like he's with a supermodel:laugh:

You should TOTALLY rock the heels, let 'em all sweat:D!

I'm taller than my hubby so no heels for me. He wouldn't care, he loves that I'm tall, but I would feel funny.

I'm 5'10.5"

I get my jeans from Seven, Joes, Chip n' Pepper, Citizens. All make 35 and 36" inseams.

I wear flats on a daily basis just because they are comfortable, and I feel like with my height I look too dressed up in heels during the day.

Any time I go out at night though, I wear heels. I have a go big or go home philosophy with heels. None that I own are under 4". I love heels.

I'm not bothered at all in heels. I love towering over people. My boyfriend is taller than me, but in my highest heels I have a bit of height on him. He loves it.

I love Banana Republic, and Victorias Secrets I use 36" when I wear hight hills, express Jeans are so great, they make your behind look so nice:eek: :D :thumbup:
