decopauge Has anyone done any decopauge,is it hard.? I will be using wood. |
I've done it in the past...very easy and turned out well. What cha making??? |
I've done it before and remember it being really easy :) |
It's very easy. Just buy Hodge Podge, glue your paper, picture, etc. down with the Hodge Podge, and add a few layers over it all. :) |
I think I will try it tomorrow and I will post pictures if I do it. Thanks! |
I cant wait to see what you do. Ive did it before and it was easy |
I've done that before and it's pretty easy! Can't wait to see what you're up to now!!! |
I've done it too. Very easy if you are working with a pretty flat surface. |
I have done decopauge. It is very easy, however it takes tons of patience. Apply a coat, wait an eternity for it to dry, sand, apply another coat, over and over again. I am NOT a patient person as far as waiting for "paint" to dry. I always touch the "do not touch wet paint" just to check  . |
I'm a dum-dum head, I thought decopauge had something to do with showing ones cleavage. :embar: :embar:  |
LMBO THAT WOULD BE CALLED Decollete Quote:

I'm not very patience either Cindy. I didn't find any instuctions where it said to sand, is that something that has to be done? Quote:

Follow your directions When I did decopauge it was 30 years ago. If my feeble memory served me right you sanded with a very fine sand paper between coats. With improvements in the decopauge medium, it probably isn't necessary. Good luck girl! |
Cant wait to see pics! |
i did mine on a glass container and did not sand it was very easy to do |
