Hello from Missouri.....it is getting colder as the day goes on........No snow or rain though! I heard up north in the KC area it is very cold & snowy.

I have the most delicious crockpot recipe.....Itailian Chicken

put 3 cans of cubed potatoes on bottom (drained)
sprinkle w/parm. cheese
put boneless skinless chicken breasts on top (if frozen-just cook all day)
pour 1 bottle Wishbone Italian Dressing on top & sprinkle more parm. cheese

I use frozen breats & put it on in the morning & cook on low all day!!!

ppl call 911 for telephone numbers, ppl will call 911 for anything. they can get in trouble, well anyone can for misusing 911.. but theres not point in tying up our officers for something stupid like that.

Brrrrr.. that sounds cold. I call my mom in MN every day to rub our temp in her face, but I cant do that today its kind of chilly here! Stay warm!

its chilly here just got done shoveling my driveway and side walk we got 7 inches of snow ,it started yesterday and ended early this morning.

Your poor mom! Having to be reminded daily of warmth!!!:rolleyes: I think I will cozy up and watch a movie or take a nap. I just finished baking cookies and grinding up some chicken gizzards. Sound nummy?

It is suppose to be really cold on Sat. I think 10 is suppose to be our high! Our snot will freeze in our noses!!!!

LOL. It will defiinitely freeze if your nose is running. :D Remember to not cry when you're outside.:rolleyes:

True, you have to have a decent heart for shoveling. People have actually died shoveling - especially when the snow is really wet and heavy. I think it's been mostly older folks.

Where we live now, there is no sidewalk to shovel :D but we do have a big driveway - I let my h snowblow that.:rolleyes: I had to shovel myself out 3 times over Christmas when he was gone. It really was a lot of work. The snowblower wasn't working right.:(
