Does anyone know what type of bunny or rabbit this is? I had one that looked exactly like the one in pic 2 and it was the sweetest thing ever, it followed me and got along with every animal. However i was on vaca in PR and there you can buy them for like $1, sad but true, anyway when i left my grandma's to come back to ny i gave it away and never saw it again cause i didn't trust her enough to leave it with her. She comes from a place that they are fine with eating animals like rabbits, and deer and i know ppl do that but i could never do that so i gave it to a girl in the neighborhood. I was only like 10 yrs old. Anyway does anyone know how long they live? It was tiny, smaller than London, idk if it was a baby or not but i don't think it was. All of them were tiny like that, they had a bunch where we bought it. I think it was a dwarf bunny or something like that. I would really want to get another one but don't know of any breeders around here, and i am not getting one from a petstore.

i had one like that when i was in college. Except the color was like a siamese cat with grey tips.
i was only told "dwarf"
i litter box trained mine and it went everywhere with me. it had free run of my apt in college chewed all my wires and baseboards..but i loved him

aww do you know how long they live? I miss mine...he had free run of the house too and our back yard but i had to watch him carefully since we had snakes occasionally there(it was all grass and trees). He used to run all around and eat the veggies we gave him so cute, his name was Timothy:)

Mine was named Denver. Mine didnt have red eyes...they were brown. I have no idea how long they live. I had to rehome him after college because I had to move to a big city and would be all alone.:rolleyes: He was a stud once to a friend who had one of the same color. They had three babies...so cute. Two with red eyes and one with brown. He went everywhere with me. He rode on my shoulder in t he car. NOW i see that could have been an issue..but i was young and stupid. He really was fun!

I used to have a Netherland Dwarf and he lived for at least 10 years or so.

Don't get a male! This one was a boy and when he lived indoors he used to SPRAY EVERYTHING.. the walls, curtains, stuffed animals, etc. He was eventually moved into a nice outdoor hutch.

i'm pretty sure i had the same bunny mine was a netherland dwarf he was white with black spots all over he looked like a dalmation lol. he weighed maybe 2lbs the most and was the sweetest bunny

For good reason I'd say...

My neighbor has one. He was neutared long ago, but he's started spraying recently too.
