Life is too short
 
As we grow up, we learn that even the one
person that wasn't supposed to ever let you down
probably will. You will have your heart broken probably
more than once and it's harder every time. You'll
break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours
was broken. You'll fight with your best friend. You'll
blame a new love for things an old one did. You'll cry
because time is passing too fast, and you'll
eventually lose someone you love. So take too many
pictures, laugh too much, and love like you've never been hurt
because every sixty seconds you spend upset is a
minute of happiness you'll never get back.

Life is too short to be holding any grudges. Please everyone don't take anything or anyone for granted. You never know what you have until it's gone. :(:(:(

Thank you everyone for your sympathy. I didn't write that above quote/poem.. I don't know what to call it. I've just read that somewhere before and thought it was so lovely and so true. It is a reminder for us all. We do take for granted of what is around us sometimes. So kiss your love ones everyday and tell them how much you love them! I agree with take TOO MANY pictures. You will be grateful for them someday :):):). God bless your hearts everyone!

I am also sorry for your loss although we are not far behind you...My partner los her grandmother on Christmas Day, who we both loved very much. It is so very sad to loose someone so close...:( Time can help heal but you never forget. I found this for our family and now for you too...

That was beautiful and really hit my heart. my sun 'set' on August 23rd, 2007 :( and I'm still waiting on it to rise. It's just been a little over 4 months since my husband died and I don't think it's hit me all the way that I'll never ever see him again. You're so right - life IS short and can change in an instant. :(

I'm very sorry about your friend. It sounds like they had a very good friend in YOU -

I am so sorry for your loss. They are forever gone, but never forgotten. Their wonderful memories lives on forever. My friend was a loving man. He had touched so many hearts. Everyone is devastated by his passing. I did not want to put his name in respect for his family. Once again, I am very sorry for your loss. He is definitely with God. Remember that he is in a wonderful place. It's not the last time you will see him. One day... we will all see our loved ones on the other side :).
