Woman ask "Honey, does this dress make me look fat?"
Man is scared, for he knows this is a trick question and the silence spoils the night for both people.
Woman should ask "Honey, do I look HOT or what in this dress?"
Man understands and replies quickly "Honey, does a fat kid like cake!!!??? You are HOT as hell !!!!"

I do not believe I have a problem making men understand what I am saying...I have on the other hand been puzzled by what some men say from time to time, not so much in the content of what is said, but why it is said.....your post is a perfect example..

What should women say to get a man to pick up there clothes out of the floor or put their plate away, and I don't mean just put a plate 1/2 full of food on the kitchen counter, I mean scrape the food into the garbage and rinse it in the sink and then put it into the dishwasher......:rolleyes:

When men learn to pick up after themselves is when they might get a little treat at home.....:)

hmmmmm....In reply the man was either very spoiled by a mother who did everything for him as a child (may be even into his 20's), he believes since he works he gets to bypass house duties (he needs to be reminded it takes two hands to build anything and the two of you can spend some time talking in the kitchen--> remember to flirt), or my personal fav. he is afraid he is going to do it wrong and make you very angry--> teach him the woman way->even I need help here. Either way, find out which area he comes from and ask him in plain MAN language "Honey (or Dear), I know you may be tired, but so am I, will you please help me so (insert something man like here example) so we can both watch the game." Unfortunately, we men can be very childish, so persuasion is the game here. Any how, good luck, Remember, always be a lady, it drives us crazy when you just smile.

Oh wise one....Can you tell me how to ask.....

Honey, can you get your a@@ off the couch and help me with the kids, dinner, dogs, laundry, doctor/dental visits, dishes, yard, house cleaning, bill paying, homework, school lunch making and shopping???

This does not work, married 28 years, hubby still does not get it. :eek:

Had a mother that poured his coffee and stirred in the cream and sugar, had 5 older sisters too.. :eek: when he joined the military he quit drinking coffee, ask him why back then, his reply was... well I am not sure how much cream and sugar my mo put in it.. so I quit drinking it.. :eek: of course when I was young I carried on with spoiling, then we get older.. harder to cater... but now man is spoiled..
I do not think I am he only one.. :coffee_n_

By george that is sooo good.:thumbup: :thumbup: I guess I was never given good advice..:eek:

I do have a great hubby, he just does not get the helping out, and he really does not see when stuff needs to be done.. sink full of dishes and he can let it sit there till I do em..:eek: :eek:
