Me too! I was planning on having a party, but almost everyone had plans, so I figured it wasn't worth it.

*sigh* I'm bored to death. I have nothing to do. I'll chill on here with you guys and wait for the ball to drop.

Is it weird that I'm almost sad that 2007 is over? Usually I'm so excited for the New Year, I don't know what the heck my problem is! It wasn't a really greaet year either. Gah, so weird.

Hello everyone....I am here too!!!! Me, hubby & son (and Buddy) we had a wonderful dinner...filet migon, garlic potatoes, salad & bread!!! Each one of made a toast for the new year which was sweet!!! Now we are watching a movie that I am not interested in so I thought I would see what ya'll were doing!!!! I am so glad to see so many of us on tonight!!!!

ITS ALMOST HALF TIME..AND I HAVE TO START THE BURGERS.. OMG.. ITS NOT LOOKING GREAT FOR THE TIGERS...AND THRE IS SO MUCH SCREAMING GOING ON HERE. I REALLY DONT WANT TO EAT. I PICKED UP A STARBUCKS ON THE WAY HOME FROM THE AIRPORT. I HAD TO PICK UP MY STEPDAUGHTER WHILE MY HUSBAND WAS WATCHING THE GAME:rolleyes:
NO DRINKING FOR ME TONIGHT EITHER. WELL MAYBE A CHAMPAGNE MIDNITE TOAST. 2008 IS A YEAR FOR TAKING CHANCES!

How are you guys gonna ring in the New Year?

Personally, I'll be out on the front porch banging pots and pans. :D I always did it in my old town. I was pleasently surprised when one of our new neighbors came up to my dad and said "My daughter likes to bang pots and pans at midnight. I hope it doesn't bother you." I'm glad to know that I won't be alone lol.

I would like to be having a ping pong match with my brother, but he's at the church because all the young men are having some kind of party. All I know is it involves lots of soda, sparkling cider, bean bag chair fights (oh my), and videogames haha.

and does anyone have any plans for tomorrow? My brother, mom, and I are going into the city to see Les Mis. We've never gone in during the holiday season because the amount of tourists is unbelieveable, but I'm excited to see everything all decked out for Christmas (even though its over lol).

Megan, tomorrow sounds like soooo much fun!!! I would be so excited!!!!

I am home as usual on New Years Eve, hubby is asleep, has to work tomorrow dtr is out and it is snowing so she calls to tell me she lefther car in some parking lot and her and her friends are taking a limo/cab to a bar 45 minutes away in bad weather. So her car will probably be towed and I am soooooo sick. I don't know if it's a really bad cold or the flu. If it wasn't so bad out I would drive to the acute care center and see if I need an antibiotic. Happy New Year!!!

Thats cute...we say Moose gets stoned on bully sticks. He will close his eyes while chewing on them. Then his eyes will be half open and half closed for awhile! :animal-pa
