Fun Drink Recipes for tonight...
 
Anyone making anything fun, new, or different for their parties tonight?

I thought it would be fun to share our party drink recipes!

I'm making Pomegranate Cosmos:
4 oz. Citrus Vodka
2 oz. Cointreau
1.5 cups Pomegranate Juice

Mix in shaker with ice and shake until frost forms. Pour into Martini glasses (put a few Pomegranate seeds in the bottom for a festive garnish), finish with a squeeze of lime.

Another fun recipe I've made for baby/wedding showers, jewelry parties, etc is this Champagne Punch:
1 container frozen Lemonade Juice Concentrate
1 container frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
1 container frozen Pineapple (or Limeade) Concentrate
1 Liter Ginger Ale
1 Bottle Champagne

Mix all together in punch bowl. Float slices of citrus fruit and/or pineapple on top, and garnish glasses with cherries with stems for color. You'll want to double this recipe-I did, and there's never any left over!

To make this non-alcoholic, either use 2 liters of ginger ale, or substitute sparkling grape juice for the champagne. I usually make 1 batch of spiked and one of plain for baby showers :)

Does anyone have any recipes for Absolut Pears? I have a bottle, and have mixed it with Peach/Pear Italian Soda, as well as with 7UP, but wanted another recipe...

My favorite, taste like choc milk!

1 1/2 shots of Smirnoff Vanilla
1 shot Creme de Cacoa (dark or white)
1 shot Bailey's white chocolate

Mix and serve in a chilled glass, top w/ choc shavings. Mmmmm......

I'll be drinking my regular drink, but it's a yummy one...White Russians! I know, kinda "sticks", but I am from rural Minnesota :D

Anyway, it's 1/3 Vodka, 1/3 Kahlua, and 1/3 Half and Half for the "strong" version or 1/4, 1/4, 1/2, respectively, for ME :)

Hey now, that's my own personal concoction. People in my neighborhood have been trying to figure it out for a while now, but I don't share that w/ just everyone. ;)

Here's another tasty concoction to try for lightweights. Seriously, don't laugh, just trust me. 1/4 sprite, 1/4 orange tang, 1/2 Boone's Farm Peach (aka $3 wine)

Barenakedinthewoods
12 oz frozen limeade concentrate
fill that empty limeade container to the top with vodka to rinse it out good
add a beer or two
put it all in a big pitcher with crushed ice
go for it!!!!

That's Michigan Snowsnake Medicine,
drink it to keep the snowsnakes away:p !!!

ooooh this sounds like a shot I was making for the girls at one of the last get togethers-one of them called to ask for the recipe! We mixed 2 shots Vanilla Vodka, 4 shots Bailey's (regular), plus 1/2 cup milk in a shaker with ice...then poured it into shot glasses with Mrs. Richardson's hot fudge in the bottom of each one-MMMMMMMMM! :D

This is kind of how I do Margaritas...but it's my secret recipe ;)

It's like that, only with Tequila and Triple Sec, and I use a blender, and a different ratio of beer :rolleyes:

I'm not much for hard liquor...one drink makes me extremely ill for days, but a friend was making "Big Daddy's" at a Christmas party I went to. It went over well with everyone...I just had to take their word for it.

Big Daddy

1/4 Malibu Rum
top glass with pineapple juice
just a splash of half-n-half

Stir well and serve over ice.

HAVE FUN, EVERYONE! REMEMBER...DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!!!!!:)

I Have 2 Drinks I Like To Make.
I Love Love Love Mojitos And Pomengranite Martini's

We Use Grey Goose Pom Juice, A Squeeze Of Lime Shaken With Ice And Strained. We Drop Fresh Pom Seeds At The Bottem Of A Martini Glass And Put In A Thin Slice Of Lime..yum

Everyone Prob Knows Whats In A Mojito Already... It Seemed To Be The Drink Of The Year :d
