Creative with words?
 
I could use some help this morning from my creative fellow YTers! ;)

I am trying to think of expressions of affection involving time. (It's for a Christmas surprise for hubby.) Here's what I have so far...

Our love is timeless

Every second with you is precious

Any suggestions? I need about 4 more. :D Thanks in advance!!

These are great! I'm writing them down right now!! No, you can never be too mushy! It makes him laugh (in a good way). Men don't often admit it, but I think they are often more sentimental than we are. :rolleyes:

Just in case you don't know what I'm doing...I had a pocket watch engraved for him. On the front it says..."Our love is timeless" and on the back it has our names and our wedding date. :D

I'm going to wrap it in layers of boxes and each box will have a separate little message attached.

I'm so excited!! I think he'll like it. ;)

Did you spend time in Barstow or Bakersfield? Jack asks which route did you take north?

We especially enjoyed our travels up by Monterey Bay in years past, the 17 mile drive out on the bay was beautiful.

Jack was wondering how long of a trip is it by taking the Ferry from Washington on back to Alaska?

Happy you and Kelly and the boys made it to Calif. and enjoyed all the sites and family and friends.

That sounds like a wonderful gift. Of course your hubby will love it! What a great idea, I'm sure he will treasure it! I don't have any catchy phrases, but I like your idea of wrapping it in more boxes and making him work to get to the real gift. When do you plan on giving it to him?

We're doing our family Christmas on Christmas Eve. With our company coming on Christmas morning :D, we thought that would be best. We can't wait for Tina and Tbone to visit! :thumbup: :D
