well, I told lori to send me snow yesterday and I got ice instead lol
but thats ok, its pretty and it will eventually melt...the sun is peeking through as i type.

my daughter 111puppylove111 is without power they say till tomorrow morning 6 am the soonest.

here are my ice storm pics, its about an inch of ice..NO SNOW lol

check out the last picture of the pool. my mom came to me this morning and said who put the volkswagon beetle in the pool lol I was like WHAT??? i cracked up when i saw it, it really does look like ones in there dont it? lol

look at the 2nd pic, those ornaments were about 6 feet up in the tree before the ice, now some are down to the ground, hoping the limbs dont break before it melts...

ok what does this look like in the pool ? lol
before the ice it was just a big bubble with no lines in it ( air pillow in there)

That definitely looks all too familiar. I hope your's melts quickly and doesn't cause the mess that it did here.

I like pictures of ice storms, but sure don't like to drive in them. Those are very pretty pictures.

well, 3 houses down lost part of a tree, we just got power back, it was off for a while, im glad its back on, did you get power back yet?

We got a litle bit of ice. Luckily the roads didn't ice. But a lot of tree branches broke off and fell. Today the wind has been really strong. I was afraid to let Fritzel out. I thought he might blow away.

its windy here now too, , must have been overnite too , theres branches down all over. i was told by a neighbor theres alot of trees down too a few blocks away.
Im glad you didnt get it as bad as here.

We finally got power back Sat. night around 10pm. We went 5 days without.

We've lost power for a few moments here and there today. They are still working on other people's lines and I guess they have to shut us off to hook others up. Hopefully they get it all figured out and running smoothly by Wed. I had a OB appointment last Tues. and had to cancel because of the weather. I rescheduled for Wed. We do an ultrasound every visit and we should be able to find out this time what I'm having. I am starting to get impatient and hopefully they have power when we go!!

Hahaha, it does look as if there is a car in there. How long will it take for the ice to melt? From past experience??
It is cold here also. But no ice.

And they are worried about global warming?

Elaine.... well, it looks like our system we had moved right on through to you. Sorry :rolleyes: That looks exactl like my pics looked that i posted in the yorkie pics section. We have to get out still and clean up our downed trees/limbs. AS IF we WANT to spend time outside cleaning limbs :rolleyes: Good grief.
