Thnx guys you all are so supportive! :D | LOL..yeah, me too....all my tri friends are now announcing mostly the Ironman tris...I've competed in 5 IM world championships in Kona (finished 4:p ). I'd say the best thing you can do for your swim is to check into the Total Immersion system; I'm pretty sure they offer workshops somewhere near you! Have a good friend who's just starting out doing tris too and I'm semi-coaching her; she just finished her first half marathon too! OK..I'm not going to blabber jock talk here, I swear I'm not, LOL.....good luck, train smart! |
