Who else has this miserable cold?
 
I know that a lot of people have been sick lately! Who else has the miserable cold that's going around?

I've been coughing so much that I can tell my voice is going to go soon. argh! I'd drink tea, but we ran out. :( My head feels like its the size of a blimp! I went to school today. The girl who sits next to me in home room was sick too, and she spent the period secretly calling/texting her house, trying to get ahold of someone to come pick her up haha. I stayed, but I decided not to go to theatre in the afternoon - came home instead.

Anyone else sick? Let's have a party. :D

aww Megan. I woke up this morning with a horrible sinus headache but as the day progressed i've been feeling like i'm getting the flu. Just been feeling sick all day :( But maybe that is my fault for not getting the flu shot!

mine started in mid october and i am just now getting over it. the begining was horrible but now it is just an annoying cough

Ugh, I know... it's horrible and HANGS ON FOREVER!!! I had the dry cough for about 6 weeks... then it went deep in my chest for another 4 weeks.... FINALLY I was GREAT for 2 weeks and nowwwwwwww it's starting all over!!
Blah, blah, blah.... sinus congestion, sore throat, headache, coughing.... just all over ickies!!!

Hope you guys start feeling better soon!!! Snuggle down and take it easy!!

Yup - Krysten and I both have it. Mine is on the way to bronchitus and her's is also a sinus infection. It is everywhere! I hope you and everyone else starts feeling better for the holidays.

Boy I have, it's awful...I think my sister gave it to me..we're room-mates so inevitably if one of us get's sick the other one does...ugh! Hope you get to feeling better soon!

I did have sinuitis... still fighting the sinuses and migraine headaches..

But I hope you all feel better soon. It's no fun being sick especially at the holidays.

Yep, I've got it too. Stayed home from work on Monday, but I'm back now. I feel like an elephant is sitting on my chest!

I THINK... Im finally getting over it... who knows.. I have this hideous cough that hurts... Im going on 2 weeks this friday... but I guess it doesnt help that I still drink cold stuff..lol

I live for Airborne!
I have it at home..and at work.
If i sneeze i take it.
Last week i came home from work with a sore throat and earache.
I took two doses 6 hrs a part and it was gone by morning!

Yeah, I had a terrible cold. Now I have pnuemonia! Hope it gets better soon, can't be housebound with Christmas coming but the dr. says I have to stay in. At least I feel bad enough not to let staying in bother me.

I'm still sick. Stayed home today. My school is idiotic, and every time you're out you have to have a doctor's note or its an unexcused absence. How many people really go to the doctor every time they're sick? So I have to go today, when I really don't feel like leaving the house at all. When all he's going to say is "You have that bad cold that's going around. You need to sleep and drink hot things." *sigh* whatever.

I had it during Thanksgiving....but then it got worse and now I have Bronchitis....but at least I'm not coughing up my lungs as much anymore. :rolleyes: Gotta love tussonex (sp?)

You can add my name to this growing list.
Mine began this weekend and wouldn't you know that this was the weekend that was filled with all things Christmas. Christmas party, TSO concert and tickets for Wicked! I went to all of them, but I am paying the price now.
I have all those symptoms, but I am doing the sinus cleansing system which helps with the migraines and sinusitis. Nothing, but nothing, is helping this congestion in my lungs and the cough.
I feel for all of you and I hope we ALL get better real soon.

I haven't gone to see a doctor either ...for the very same reason AND it cost a fortune !

Megan, I have to tell you that after seeing this ... it is now is my all time favorite too... and I have seen quite a few.

Megan, if you've been sick more than a few days you really need to go anyway. I waited until I couldn't make it anymore and my cold had turned to pnuemonia. If I had gone sooner I might not be so sick right now. I know it sucks to go, I HATE doctors with a passion, but if it turns to pnuemonia or bronchitus you will stay sick a lot longer.

I hate doctors too. :rolleyes: No offense if anyone on here is a doctor lol. Nothing personal. :p

I just got back from the dr. he said exactly what I figured he'd say. I feel bad because I know he had more important things to do than tell me I had a cold.

Sorry your sick. Tis the season to be sick right now. I was just sick and had probably gotten it from my kids. My son and niece are still sick. I took Tylenol Cold and Flu pills and it helped a lot.

Good luck and try to drink tons of OJ.

:mad: :( I went into the Dr. today, Strep throat:eek: My grandson and grandaughter both have it also. I was worried the dogs would get it but the dr. said no. I guess this is the season.

oooh that's horrible! I've never had strep throat, but my friend did and she was just miserable. Feel better! :(

Had the cold during Thanksgiving....lost my voice. I still have a bit of a cough. It IS the cough that wont die. As soon as I could drag my butt off the couch from the cold, My entire family got the stomach flu. My daughter brought it home and had vomiting and (u know what else) all night then I got it, finally my husband. I am thinking about living in my car for. It is like the plague over here!!!!!
