Do You Know What's More Annoying Than Hiccups????
 
When the baby that I'm carrying has hiccups!!!!! :rolleyes: Three times a day I have to put up with her jerking about inside my tummy... and there is NOTHING I can do about it! :rolleyes:

When I was pregnant with my dtr 22 years ago, I woke up because she was hiccuping and my water broke all at once!! I hate the hiccups myself!!

Bless your heart! What are you feeding her?? :eek: Just kidding!! :) I was told that hiccups mean they are growing, so maybe that's a good sign? :)

Wow..that's crazy! I didn't even know that could happen! Can babies sneeze and cough while theyre in your belly, too?

Ha! I hope so! Although I read it was from them swollowing too much amniotic fluid! lol

Don't think they sneeze or cough but hiccups are SO noticeable!

It's like someone tapping on your tummy in a little rythm but from the inside! Depending on how she's laying you can see them, you pretty see all of her movements these days! lol She's forever moving about so when she's got hiccups and doing a dance it's really frustrating! lol :rolleyes:

It takes some getting used to and to start off with I didn't figure what it was! :confused: :rolleyes: I got my BF to feel her doing it today, normally she gets them when he's at work or sleeping so it's the first time he's felt it even though I've felt it for weeks. omg i cannot imagine that happening. i've seriously never seen a pregnant woman who's only a few weeks away from birth. you can actually see the baby move all the time? and you can SEE her hiccuping?

You can see my stomach jerk with each hiccup. lol.

She's due to move soon, (every 20minutes without fail! :rolleyes: ) So I'll try to video her moving, you can see her puch my tummy about and bumps appear in random places. lol I warn you though, some people think it's freaky.

AWWW i love it when they have the hiccups lol. My last baby he got them all the time i think it's so cool to feel. But yes it does get annoying when you are trying to sleep and baby is hiccupping away lol

When I was pregnant with Chris, he didn't like it when I balanced a plate on my belly. :p He would kick it off every single time. :D I guess he just didn't appreciate being used as a table. :rolleyes:

LOL... I have a laptray, (not sure if you have them over there but it's a tray with like a beanbag on the bottom so it sits flat on your knee and you can put your dinner plate on it and sit on the sofa), and if I put that against my bump she kicks it off.

In fact, the first time she ever kicked and I felt it was when I had the laptop against my bump and she lightly tapped it and then kicked it! :eek: Shocked wasn't the word!!! I nearly hit the roof! :rolleyes:

My first pregnancy the baby had the hiccups every day!! I was sure he must be having seizures or something. They were so strong and regular. But it was hiccups.

When I was pregnant with my son, he always had the hiccups. It was so cute, but annoying while trying to sleep. It's so neat! I remember laying back and watching my tummy move. I think it freaked hubby out at first. LOL

I totally agree! It has got to be one of the strangest feelings I have ever felt and Tess gets hiccups at least twice a day. Words can not describe how weird it feels!

When I was in the hospital on bedrest for my 1st, i had to be on the monitors that they strapped to your belly and you could hear their heartbeat the whole time.. so my daughter would have hiccups frequently and you can hear it on the monitors.. it was so weird to hear and feel ;)

so i know what ya mean! so far this one in my belly hasn't had hiccups yet that' i've noticed but she is a kicker and loves to like swim around LoL.. it's a beautiful thing and weird at the same time lol..
