Saturday (12-1-07) Good Morning! Happy December Y'all!!!!! I couldn't find the Good Morning thread, so I thought I would start one this morning. Anyone doing anything interesting today? I am going to tea with a friend and then we are going to "Ulta's" and check out the Christmas Deals. I need to pick up some Bare Essentuals anyway. Then when I get home, I hope to get some gifts wrapped and a little more decorating done. I really want to finish getting out the Christmas Dinnerware. It has snowmen on it and I can use it until the end of February. The furkids are going to stay at home with hubby. He has a few things planned for around the house and because it is pretty cold here, I am sure that they will be happy snuggling in their "pappazan" chairs. Anyway, have a great Saturday...... drive safely if you are getting out..... the roads are VERY busy this time of the year! :coffee2: |

Good morning to all! I am up early as usual. Sure wish my body knew how to sleep in. But it's also nice to have this quiet time to myself...usually nowadays spent here on YT. We've got my 6 yr old granddaughter here with us all day on Saturdays, as well as my fur babies Lucky & Lexie, and Lexie's 4 active 7 week old puppies. So even if we go no where, we'll be kept busy and entertained:D There is the tree to finish trimming too. Right now we've got sleet/rain coming down; it's supposed to last til noon-ish. If it doesn't get too bad, we might venture out to PetSmart to see Santa. But right now, just sitting here with all of you enjoying my morning coffee.:coffee_n_ Have a great day! |

Good Morning YT friends! I am sitting here having a cup of green tea, waiting patiently for hubby to get up. We have to go pick up 2 cords of wood this morning. It's really cold here right now...like 20 degrees...It's supposed to get colder tonight. We have had some flurries but nothing to talk about as far as snow goes I would also like to start putting up some decorations. Hope you all have a great day! |

We are supposed to get some freezing rain ths afternoon so I am going out this morning then coming home and staying home. Im going to the grocery store an to Lowes to get a Christmas Village house. It is a dog grooming store house. I cant wait to get it. Have fun today |
Good Morning! I woke up to snow this am :eek: . Not too much but a nice dusting over eveything. Poor Zoe has no idea what the stuff is and wants no part of it. My kids aren't up yet but my little one is going to be so excited. He can't wait to have a snow ball fight. :p I think I'm just gonna try to get some housework done and maybe some gifts wrapped and I really should work on my Christmas cards. Oh my! I have too much to do to be here talking. :eek: Oh well. :p |
Wow, you all sound so busy Good morning! My goals for the day (in no particular order) are to pay bills, go grocery shopping, do laundry, and clean the house. DH is at work and the dorkies are wrestling at my feet:p . It's cold, but no snow (yaaay) Those of you in snowy/rainy locales...and all others, drive carefully today! |
Good morning! I got up to a couple inches of snow on the ground - it's very pretty - especially since I know I don't have any errands to run today - LOL! I cleaned my house and rearranged my living room/dining room last night since I had to drag out the playpen for our new arrival Friday! So, today I think I'll do a little Christmas decorating and then snuggle up with the babies and watch a movie:) |

Good Morning Everyone!!! Well today I am going to sleep as you can see from most of my post their usually done in the middle of the night because thats the time when I'm awake and at work. So on this beautiful sunny Florida morning I will be under my covers with the shades drawn sleeping with my hubby and of course my Soph in the middle. Hope you girls have a great day.;) |
hmm, we have an ice/snow warning today. I guess I'll stay home and build a fire in the fireplace and play with the furbabies. All shopping is complete, decorations are up, I just need to "tidy" up things and relax. (My husband is retired and does most of the housework now)... Once I retire again, I hope to spend some time in a warmer climite in the winter time..... we bought a RV this year and next year we hope to be on the road during this snowy mess. |
Good Morning! I just love these threads! We're already "iced in"!!! :eek: There's 1/2" of ice on everything, everywhere! I don't even know if I could open my backdoor right now! You can hear it on the windows, it sounds like sand is being poured down from the sky. I went and picked up groceries, wine, and a stack of DVD's, knowing that we'd probably be stuck inside today. I guess all of that will make it more enjoyable ;) |

Well, we have been very busy here and I fought the urge all morning to turn on the computer......so here I am FINALLY!! We took some Christmas pictures at the house today....finished the decorations....cleaned.....etc. Whew............I'm worn out! It is COLD :cold smil: and rainy here. Winds are about 25mph.....we need the rain though, it has been pretty dry. I hope it SNOWS!!! :snowman: DH just came home and said we would go to our favorite Mexican Rest. tonight. :dribble: That is always nice! |
