I would keep calling animal control everytime you see him abusing that poor dog.:mad:

Yes Please keep reporting them until somethings done.
A lady I worked with once would come to work talking about their dog saying his choker was inbedded in his neck, It made me sick to hear that and anyways she said her husband beat the dogs butt for getting lose and put a tighter choker on the dog and now it to was inbedded in the dogs neck, well I turned her in and gave them her address, they went out and made them get this dog medical care an dthen made them get him a harness, and they was fined 500.00. They also did a monthy check on this dog. I knew noone would call , so I had to for the poor dog.

well I just spoke to the police again and told them if they dont do anything I will report it to the papers:thumbup: . I wonder if he feeds the dog?:confused:

And even if the pictures are not great Get as many as you can . Any little thing helps.

Update, this man has gotten the dog from the shelter and the shelter will be keeping a very firm grip on him and paying RANDOM unexpected visits:thumbup: that is the best I could do. He seems to be a drinker too:confused: yes, I checked HIS trash bin one morning;)

Good Job! How did the shelter find out about your complaint? That must be an amazing shelter! I've never known a shelter that would make random visits like that.
