Why are people so rude???!?!?!
 

I dont get it - I try to be a nice person (unless someone pisses me off) but even then I always take the high road. I just dont get why some people are nasty and rude and act like we are STILL in High school. I dunno - it just seems so unneccessary to me. I've always jsut let things roll off my back and not let those type of people get to me. But I cant help but wonder why so called "adults" act this way.

Yes, some people are quite rude. I'm dealing with someone like that right now. Although this time I decided to not be nice and to be rude back. If you anger me enough, you better just get ready...

I haven't been a member for years like some on YT but I have been here long enough to see that 99% of the YT members are genuinely nice caring people. in the last couple of weeks a few new people have popped up and it seems like they have one goal...to start "drama". sarcastic comments, unneeded remarks, liars you name it we got it. I guess the best thing to do is avoid those people and hope they get bored and go away :thumbup:

:thumbup: Almost everyone on YT is so nice! Even if we don't always have the same opinions on something or do things the same way, everyone is always respectful and nice about what they say. But yeah, some people are just starting trouble :thumbdown

I wasnt actually talking aobut anyone on YT lol - its my neighbor!!!
I have "met" alot of really nice genuine people on here - there will ALWAYS be a few rotten apples but they fade away quickly...

LOL here I am talking about YT. I guess with all the drama here lately I assumed that u were talking about YT lol but I can relate about the neighbors I have one too and shes a meany! killem with kindness:D

I love it - she used to flirt with my ex all the time when he would come over -soooo classy lol

I work the desk of a hotel,and ya talk about some rude people! It seems the richer they are,the more rude they get. The things some people will do to get just $10 off their bill or a free room. It can truly become a real challenge to keep my mouth shut sometimes. The killem with kindness rule seems to work like a charm most of the time LOL! One time this guy and his wife came in and were complaining their rate was more walking into the hotel than it was if they had booked it online.They were very mean and wanted me to call the manager over a difference of $4.34 and they had a line of people behind them. Well, I called the manager and spoke very loudly,explaining these people were upset and I didnt think they had the money to pay the $4.34 difference,could we take down the rate a bit. Of course my manager said no,they would have had to book it online. So, I then made a very generous offer to pay the difference out of my pocket if they didnt have the money, lol. Everyone hearing this in the lobby,these people declined, turned every shade of red possible,went ahead and paid the $4.34 and if looks could have killed I would have def been dead on the spot. But I bet ya one thing, they wont argue and treat another desk clerk dirty. ;)
