Kim and Kimberly are you one?
 
Hey guys! I've noticed that there are a lot of Kims and Kimberlys on the site. I for one am Kimberley. I dunno. Guess that this is just a silly thread but you must admit, there are a lot of us on YT!!!

I'm actually both! Kim and Kimberly but I go by Kim everyday.

raised as Kim or Kimmy
as an adult always Kimberly

try growing up with the nick name King Kong or Sky King

when I moved to so cal as a young adult I used Kim King, my clients before we met (because of all the ethnic groups) assumed I would be Korean, boy did I surprise them when we met, been Kimberly King ever since:)

My husband's name is Kim... Airlines, restaurants, potential employers expect a female all the time. Once he was sent to New York for a business meeting and was adviced that someone will be picking him up.. Guess what the sign his colleague was holding up? WELCOME MS. KIM GO He'd joke around afterwards and say "My mom and dad probably hated me or I was probably an accident" :lol tears

I am a Kim too. People always think that my name is Kimberly and Kim is just the short for that, but my name is just Kim.

I'm just Kim, though many people think it's short for Kimberly. My mom wanted to name me Kimberly, but my dad said everyone would just call me Kim, so just name her Kim, so that's what they did. Hubby calls me Kimmy

I am Kimbler growing up I was teased alot! I was called "Keebler". So far I have not ran across any one who has my name. I think my parents were drunk when they named me!

GOOD PEOPLE OF YORKIETALK! Once again, we've had SO many new members that I wanted to put this thread out there. This site is a magnet for people named Kim, Kimberly, Kimmie and you catch my drift. Rightfully so, since it IS the best name out there! ;)

Anyway, I wanted to put all of the Kims into one thread...that way, you won't get confused on which Kim is which!

btw...I'm the only one here that spells my name...kimberlEy So, I'm doubly special! :D

I'm a Kimberly. Curious as to the age range also, my mother said it wasn't very popular when I was born......when I started school there were a couple in my class. I just turned 49.

Well, I'm 32...and growing up, in school, I'd have to say I only had 3 classmates total that shared the same name.

Yay a Kimberly Club! Love the idea! I'm 30 and have never known anyone else by the same name until here ;) My parents named me after a beautiful friend of my mothers that died in a train accident in 1975. I've seen pictures of her and she was just stunning!
