Computer question I have been trying to update my website waggiewonders. I haven't used it in awhile because of that. I was wondering what program people use to put things on their website were the background has been removed. like for instance say I took a picture of a dress,I want to remove everything from the pic except the dress. TIA :) |

I'm pretty sure they use photoshop first to crop the pictures and remove the backgrounds. I don't have it, so i usually use a white sheet, drape it over something, put the object on that and take the picture. |
1 Attachment(s) I have used paint, takes forever and come out ragged looking. Attachment 161444 |
I use Photoshop, as I'm sure many others here do. It's a very expensive program but well worth the $$ if you use it a lot. I am a graphic designer, so for me Photoshop is a necessity, but there are less expensive programs out there that should work for you just as well. One I can think of is Paint Shop Pro, and the other is Print Shop Deluxe. I used both of these before getting Photoshop and was happy with them. They are much cheaper. |
Thanks! Im not looking to spend a fortune.Im sure I wouldn't use photoshop enough to justify the expense. Quote:

There are free trial programs of PS out there, just have to look for them. Also, for my very first website, I used FrontPage. It is really user friendly. I hope thats what you were asking about. |
