I got the nicest letter from Debra today! I've never gotten a letter from overseas before and it tickled me to death.

She gave me a quick update ( she seems to be doing well, just overdoing it a bit) and sent 2 sprigs of heather that she and Kenny went out and picked to send to me.

I thought that was so nice. I've always thought Scottland was a place I'd definitely love to see and heather and thistle are the 2 things that always come to mind when I think about it.

It'll be great when she's back online a lot.

I got one too. Doesn't the heather smell wonderful. She is such a sweetie and I will be glad when she gets back on line full time.

I got one too! It was very special! I wrapped the heather in plastic and saved it with the letter and put it on my bookcase.

We received the sweetest letter from her today too! :) I hope she's taking it a littler easier these days. We want her healthy and back online! :D

I got one also. :) That was really sweet of her to send letters. I hope like Judy said that Debra gets her health back real soon and can come back on here an join us again.

Just a little update for all of you. She is doing better but Kenny and Ashley have had a hard time keeping her down:D so she has had some stitches tear out but isn't letting it stop her. She even drove a car this weekend; something she hasn't done in months and months. She is a wonderful, caring person and is determined to answer everyone for all their cards during her illness and surgery. I keep telling her not to overdo but she doesn't listen to any of us:( She sent me a pic of her and Kenny and I think she looks wonderful, so much better than she did several weeks ago. Hopefull she will be back full time soon.
